Watch Mariánské Lázně the famous spa town as seen in 2012. There are many interesting buildings in Mariánské Lázně like the Bohemia Hotel with its intricate facade and elaborate balconies. There are also several fountains and ponds shown in this video, one of them the Singing Fountain. The Singing Fountain sounds only every odd hour on the hour. It was silent as the video was being taken. You will see the Colonnade with its columns and some of the springs in there.
Marienbad, as Mariánske Lázně is sometimes called, is a quieter and smaller town than Karlovy Vary nad perhaps that is why it is the second most famous spa in the Cyech Republic next to Karlovy Vary. Mariánské Lazně has its own special charm and it is definitely worth a visit.
