Tucked round the corner from Port d'Andratx, Cala Llamp Bay has one of the most stunning views in Mallorca. The Tramuntana mountains create high cliffs all around, forming a crescent bay with calm, beautifully clear water.
It's probably better suited to those not so interested in sun bathing but in swimming in the lovely waters and exploring the rock pools. The area is around 100 metres long and 20 metres deep, and there are no facilities other than those at the beach club

The Tramuntana Mountain Range has been declared a World Heritage Site, which means that future development in the area is limited and granted only upon very special needs, which protects this property from any surrounding development indefinitely so as to maintain absolute privacy.
The living area is distributed over three floors.
Ground floor: Spacious lounge area with 4m high windows and precious views to the sea, a winter lounge/formal dining room with a specially commissioned feature fire place with gas living flame fire, main kitchen with breakfast bar and dining area and designed and supplied by Miele with fully integrated appliances, two bedrooms with fitted furniture and en suite bathrooms
First floor: Master Suite with private lounge, fitted dressing room, en suite bathroom with steam room/shower, two further bedrooms with fitted furniture and en suite bathrooms. All bedrooms have their own terraces with sea views.
Basement: A second service kitchen also designed and supplied by Miele with fully integrated appliances for extended catering requirements and along with a fully serviced laundry also by Miele. Wine cellar, garage for 6 cars. There is space available in the basement for a gymnasium or party room a fully sound-proof home cinema and provision has been built in for a health spa.
The property is presented in immaculate conditions. Only finest quality materials have by used: All floors are highly polished marble including the three staircases, walls are finished in the finest of plaster and carpentry is custom made undertaken by local craftsmen.
Wet under floor heating powered by gas to two high efficient units providing all hot water and heating requirements. Full air-conditioning. All rooms can be individually controlled for heating and cooling. All functions of the house can be controlled with a smart phone or tablet.
The villa is situated on a rare 25.000 sq meter plot in the Tramuntana Mountains, 25 minutes from Palma Town and Palma airport, and only two kilometres from the beautiful town of Valldemossa.
Approach is by its own private road lined with Olive, Cyprus, Orange and Lemon Trees. The boundary of the site is lined with colourful Oleander bushes / wild flowers (When in season) and lavender. Patio and terraces have local punch stone finishes. The grounds have been provided with external lighting and water irrigation. There is a infinity pool with automatic thermal cover.
