Marche is situated in the central Adriatic slope of Emilia – Romagna towards the North. Deepti Bhatnagar visits to the most beautiful city called San Elpidio known for its Shoe Making. The famous brand called Loriblu is located here, where you’ll find unending option for shoes which are highly stylish and refined at the same time. She met Armando Di Rocco who made the biggest shoe in the world and which even came in the records of Guinness. Further she moved on to San Ginesio where she could experience the stunning panaromic view of the Balcony of San Ginesio. Deepti Bhatnagar also visit the cathedral in Ascoli Picene called People’s Square.

Deepti Bhatnagar is all set in brimming excitement to unravel the hidden history in the cities of Pesaro and Urbino in the Marche region of Italy. She started off with the amazing San Bartolo in Pesaro, a place blessed with golden sandy beaches, blissful mountains to the eye – grabbing Teatro Rossini, embodying the treasured works of the great composer Gioachino Rossini. Looking beyond Pesaro, she destined next to another city in Marche called Urbino, known for its brilliance in art and architecture. The main place worth a visit here is the Palazzo Ducale, a masterpiece providing an unmatchable face to the town and also to have a look on the remarkable creations of Raffaello, an Italian painter and architect of the High Renaissance. The beautiful couple travels to the fifth largest city of Australia that is Adelaide and visits some major attractions of the place. Here they got to see the national animal’s Island that is The Kangaroo’s Island with proper guidance. Further they move to one of the Historic places, where Deepti Bhatnagar gets a surprise from her husband with some unique setting of Lunch and here they spend some quality time. Their next destination is Flinders Chase National Park which is a famous park in South Australia where one will find many walking tracks. They also could not miss the mesmerising view of Admiral’s Arch. Last but not the least they see the Remarkable rocks which are considered as the icon of South Australia.
Country hotel for sale in Le Marche, Italy
Beautiful country hotel dated 1546 in the green hills at the foot of the Apennines near the border of Tuscany and Umbria. The property, renovated with great care, keeping the original architectural features, consists of a main house on three levels and a smaller farmhouse, all with eight en-suite rooms and two self-contained apartments. A third apartment consists of office, large kitchen, three bedrooms and two bathrooms that can be used privately. In one of the most beautiful spots in the Marche, this exceptional unique house, has taken its beginning 800 years ago. It all began with a small chapel (see below), with the sonorous name St. Eustacchio.
During the centuries charming stables, living-, and bedrooms have been built around the chapel. But it is still the center-, the heart of the house and has been used as the kitchen. It has a round window, a huge fire place. Two set of stairs lead into different parts of the house. There is still a niche for a holy statue, a cross or even a Jesus staue in one of the walls. It is covered and left to the new owner to open it and discover, what is actually hidden in the wall.
From the old chapel, there are two (now closed) doors, leading into the main huge and a second stable a few steps below. These doors could and should be re-opened.
The stables still have original features and cotto-floors.
Separate from the main house there is a huge beautifully located barn. It can easily be converted into a spacious living space. The barn has enough height for two levels and offers a living space of up to 150 square meters.
Actually it would be ideal to start this smaller project, have a comfortable space to stay and take your time to rebuild and design the main building.
Another feature of the main house, is its square shape. It allows easy transitions and passages from section to section and room to room. Or else dividing the house into separate apartments.
St. Eustacchio / Molleone is suitable for many diverse purposes and it can be anything you dream of or imagine: a beautiful and spacious family house, or up to 6 or 7 independent apartments. It can be a B&B or an arts-, or cultural center, a training center or business use, a retreat, riding academy, artist project or you can buy it just as an investment....
The main house offers a living space of approximately 450 square meters. An old water-depot can be used as an indoor pool, a huge sauna, a party-room...
House and barn are located on a hill, with a spectacular view, ancient oak trees, nut-trees, fruit-trees and a memorable view to Mt. Catria, Mt. Nerone, the historic town of Frontone. Cagli, with its wonderful architecture, theatre, cinema, shops, public pool, and its wonderful and unique lazy river is only ten minutes. It will take you 30 - 45 min to the Adriatic sea.
In the near vicinity there are different restaurants, two of them amongst the best in the entire region, as they have not adjusted to tourists, but continue cooking like the nonna used to.
However one of them even has a simple and quaint golf practice range, where the balls might land in the corn or sunflower field. Conero golf club is only an hour away from Molleone anyway.
As is Ancona airport. Bologna 2 hours. Rimini airport 1 hour. San Marino 1 hour.
