The old Grayland's Psychiatric Hospital in Swanbourne, once grand and imposing is now abandoned and in a sad state of disrepair. Those with mental issues were often locked away for life. Many people are convinced ghosts haunt the premises. The future however is bright with plans for the building to be restored to its former glory. We headed out to document the place, getting a glimpse of its grand past. Now we take you on a tour of the building as a salutary reminder of the neglected state it is in today.

Further up the coast just a few hours away from Sydney, we make our second stop, on our epic Australian road trip, at Nelson Bay, which is famous for incredible beaches, incredible weather, and overall just incredibility.
Added to that we had booked an epic beach house just five miles away from Nelson Bay, where we had the pleasure of overlooking what is known as the One Mile Beach.
WHAT A VIEW!
Staying in this beach house was nothing short of amazing. Being able to sit with a glass of wine and glance at the endless waves is something we will never forget.
