Tengzhou City Intro, China Shandong
Tengzhou is a county-level city of Zaozhuang, Shandong province of the People's Republic of China. Tengzhou is a legendary place. It served as the capital of the State of Teng during the Spring and Autumn Period. State of Teng was also called 'Good State'.
CHINA: The Tea Way - 2 Huangshan Mount - Luzhou
China — is the homeland of tea. Tea is grown and produced here, it is tasted and drunk, advertised and sold. The production technology and traditional ways of consumption of tea have strongly intertwined with the Chinese mentality and religion. It is possible to understand it only in the context of the full structure of Chinese life. It will also become the main goal of our travel across the southern provinces of China - from Shanghai to Chengdu.
We will visit large highly modern megalopolises and small villages, the tourist centers and godforsaken places, mountains and the oceanic coast, palaces and huts, tea plantations and factories, museums and tea shops, Buddhist and Taoist monasteries and temples, tea ceremonies and tea houses. Everywhere, where tea is grown, made and consumed. In China it is done all over the place. So let's get on our way.
There is an old Chinese saying: If you visit the five sacred mountains, then you won't need to go into mountains any more. And, after having visited the Huangshan Mount, there is no need to go to either of those five mountains.
The City of Shexian, situated on the southern slopes of the Huangshan Mounts, in the riverheads of Xinanjiang, was a large cultural center in the Middle Ages. Now, it is the museum-city of classical Chinese architecture.
Not only Chinese live in China. There are representatives over 100 nationalities and ethnic minorities.
In the Town of Daceyun, most of the population are not Chinese. Here live the representatives of She people — one of the 56 officially recognized ethnic minorities. These people have their own territory, however small - the Tszinin-Shesky autonomous county.
The Town of Daceyun is very small. There is only one cobble-stone paved street, built up with shabby stalls and several lanes, branching from it.
The source of welfare is the river. It is good for fishing. And in recent years, they also organize rafting for tourists.
In the southwestern part of the Province of Fujian, each family or clan of Hakk people lives in one common house, more similar to a fortress. They use regular earth as the construction material.
The first earth fortresses appeared in the 10th century. They were called tulou. These constructions, original by their form and construction technology, turned out so solid and comfortable for living, that they had been built up till the end of the 20th century.
The City of Zhanjiang is rather small according to Chinese scales. There are only seven million residents here. Tourists get here only when transiting on the way to Hainan Island.
The second largest Island of China is in the South China Sea. It lies approximately at the same latitude, as the American Hawaii. It is the only tropical Island in China. There are no competitors to it and won't be any — as far as to a beach resort.
In recent years, the Chinese try to bring to the island part of the foreign tourists, sunbathing in the resorts of Thailand and Vietnam.
Haikou — the largest city of the Hainan Island, although rather small according to the Chinese scales — a little over one million people.
The City of Guilin, located on the Lijiang River bank, is among the most popular tourist centers of China. There are several original dishes in Guilin. The most popular of them is the local rice noodles, well-known all over the country.
From ancient times, people went down Lijiang River on bamboo rafts. Today, rafts are the most popular means of transport here. However, progress has reached here too. The bamboo has been gradually superseded by stronger plastic pipes, and oars and rowing poles replaced by motors, running on petrol.
There is a popular Chinese saying: It is the best of all to be born in Suzhou, to live in Hangzhou, to eat in Guangzhou, but to die … in Luzhou.
This is the last city we've got to. Why is it considered, that exactly here it is most convenient to meet one's end? It appears, for the most trivial reason. There is a lot of good wood here, that is turned into quality and, most importantly, cheap coffins. So is it better or not, depends on how to look at it. But the fact is - it is cheaper. And for Chinese, it is important.

Taiwan president: Ma Ying-jeou
Taiwan is a small island nation 180km east of China with contemporary cities, hot springs resorts and dramatic mountainous terrain. Taipei, the country’s capital in the north, is known for its busy night markets and street-food vendors, Chinese Imperial art at the National Palace Museum and Taipei 101, a 509m-tall, bamboo-shaped skyscraper with an observation deck.
Remote Lanyu island off the coast of Taiwan has its own indigenous Tau people with their own language, traditions and culture.
A. Taroko National Park :
Taroko National Park is one of the nine national parks in Taiwan and was named after the Taroko Gorge, the landmark gorge of the park. The park spans Taichung Municipality, Nantou County, and Hualien County.
One of Asia’s most spectacular scenery awaits you at Taroko Gorge National Park, Taiwan’s foremost tourist draw. There’s an incredible range of landscape here:
Among the park’s unforgettable sights are the looming Chinghshui Cliff on the Pacific coast, the twisting vistas of the Tunnel of Nine Turns and the dramatic hanging bridges of Swallow Grotto.
The few buildings here make the most of the topography, particularly the Eternal Springs Shrine which hugs a lush green hillside next to its namesake springs.
B. Mengjia Longshan Temple :
Mengjia Longshan Temple is a temple in Wanhua District, Taipei, Taiwan. The temple was built in Taipei in 1738 by settlers from Fujian. It served as a place of worship and a gathering place for the Chinese settlers.
Longshan (lungshan) Temple is a famous old temple in Taiwan.
It is for worshiping Guanshiyin Budda and other divine spirits.
Longshan (lungshan) Temple is facing the South. Its architecture is a three-section design in shape. There are the front hall, the rear hall and the right/left dragons protecting the middle hall. The layout is square and serene.
Important facts to know :
1. The temple was built in Qianlong 5th year in Qing Dynasty. Due to natural disaster and damages caused by men, the temple was restored for several times.
2. The doors, beams, and poles are beautifully decorated. There is a pair of bronze dragon poles in the front hall, four pairs of dragon poles in the middle hall. The sculptures are delicate.
3. There are also exquisite wood sculptures. Among them, the well and Buddha setting in the main hall are highly appreciated. The temple has many Chinese poems, verses and lyrics on signs.
4. These add a touch of literature in addition to the religious and sightseeing value.
5. There are great decorative lamp fairs and temple activities on historical festivals. On each 1st and 15th day each month of lunar year, regular visitors will come to the temple for worship ceremony.

Things To Do At Grand Tetons
Hey you guys! Thanks for joining me on another journey. Today we are at Jackson Hole, Wyoming. I convinced him to jump up at the Grand Teton National Park sign so I could get some slo-mo of his awesome girth moving up and down--haha. The Grand Tetons are just a little bit south of Yellowstone National Park, so if are heading to Yellowstone, add the Tetons to your trip--it's definitely worth it. The national parks pass costs about the same as what you would pay for those two parks, so it's a good deal to get the pass. If you are 62 & over, you can get the golden life pass. We took a boat across Jenny Lake to do some trailblazing. The guide on the boat let us know that we were going to be entering bear & moose country, so to give them their space. We headed up the Hidden Falls Trail after getting off the boat across the lake. We found an awesome sitting area to take a break and ponder life. I hope all of you will get off the couch, so to speak, and visit a national park! Izzy 'interviewed' me about bleeding while creating my vlog episodes; I go to great lengths to get the very best shots! ;-) I remind you all in my audience about my adventure challenge; go out this weekend and take some video/pictures and then I'll pick the best one and put it in my next video. I share my travel tip (again) about not buying a bear bell--the bear spray is a much better way to go, so then you might have a chance of actually seeing the animals. We stopped at Inspiration Point which looks out over Jenny Lake. It's only about $15 to ride the boat back & forth across Jenny Lake. We also stopped at the Mormon settlement just outside Teton National Park to take in the amazing scenery with the very cool old structures. Thank you for watching my video all the way to the end! :-D
