The house is 2 stories. On the top floor in the front of the house it has a full kitchen and dining room. Just off the Foyer is a full bathroom with a claw foot tub, this completes the Upstairs of the House. Once you exit the house and head downstairs and you'll find the Master Retreat which features it's own entrance behind the Redwood fence and looks into the back lawn. The Master Bedroom features a Sealy Pillow Top Posturepedic Queen bed and 3/4 ensuite. The Shower is completely tiled in white Hexagon on the floor and white Subway from floor to Ceiling, it also features a Moen sunflower rain showerhead.
Our Fully equipped kitchen includes Stainless Steel appliances, dishwasher, garbage disposal, subway tile backsplash, shaker cabinets and farmhouse sink. Full Size Side By Side Refrigerator with ice and water in the door. Full Size 30 inch 5 Burner Range with convection oven. An entire compliment of Pots, Pans, Baking Sheets and Baking Dishes. A Full compliment of cooking utensils, Tupperware, Wine Glasses and other Drinkware. The Living room includes a 50 inch 4K Television, with direct TV and has over 270 channels. You will have access to entire house, including garage.
When the surf and sand gets too much come back home, rinse off in the outdoor shower and enjoy the 1000 square feet of grass backyard with gas grill, cafe lights, sun shades and dining table. Beach cruisers and yard games are also provided! We are 1 of only 2 houses in all of Avila Basin that have a grass yard so take advantage of it. Space is a premium, but it was more important to us as a Family to have our own private outdoor space to relax with family.
We are also just 10 min to Downtown SLO and 12 miles to the entrance to Cal Poly. We have quite a few Cal Poly Parents stay when visiting there Students at school.
