SUMMARY
=======
Oklahoma ( (listen)) is a state in the South Central region of the United States, bordered by Kansas on the north, Missouri on the northeast, Arkansas on the east, Texas on the south, New Mexico on the west, and Colorado on the northwest. It is the 20th-most extensive and the 28th-most populous of the fifty United States. The state's name is derived from the Choctaw words okla and humma, meaning red people. It is also known informally by its nickname, The Sooner State, in reference to the non-Native settlers who staked their claims on land before the official opening date of lands in the western Oklahoma Territory or before the Indian Appropriations Act of 1889, which dramatically increased European-American settlement in the eastern Indian Territory. Oklahoma Territory and Indian Territory were merged into the State of Oklahoma when it became the 46th state to enter the union on November 16, 1907. Its residents are known as Oklahomans (or colloquially, Okies), and its capital and largest city is Oklahoma City.
A major producer of natural gas, oil, and agricultural products, Oklahoma relies on an economic base of aviation, energy, telecommunications, and biotechnology. Both Oklahoma City and Tulsa serve as Oklahoma's primary economic anchors, with nearly two thirds of Oklahomans living within their metropolitan statistical areas. With ancient mountain ranges, prairie, mesas, and eastern forests, most of Oklahoma lies in the Great Plains, Cross Timbers, and the U.S. Interior Highlands, a region prone mainly to severe weather. More than 25 Native American languages are spoken in Oklahoma, ranking third behind Alaska and California.
Oklahoma is on a confluence of three major American cultural regions and historically served as a route for cattle drives, a destination for Southern settlers, and a government-sanctioned territory for Native Americans.

Listening is a more natural way of learning, when compared to reading. Written language only began at around 3200 BC, but spoken language has existed long ago.
Learning by listening is a great way to:
- increases imagination and understanding
- improves your listening skills
- improves your own spoken accent
- learn while on the move
- reduce eye strain
Now learn the vast amount of general knowledge available on Wikipedia through audio (audio article). You could even learn subconsciously by playing the audio while you are sleeping! If you are planning to listen a lot, you could try using a bone conduction headphone, or a standard speaker instead of an earphone.

SUMMARY
=======
MAPS 3 Fairgrounds Expo Center Groundbreaking
Construction has begun on a new 279,000-square-foot building at State Fair Park as part of MAPS 3. The Expo Center will feature 201,000-square-feet of contiguous floor space among other amenities. Once complete, the hall will be the largest event space in Oklahoma City.
The Expo Center’s modern design includes a 12,000-square-foot lobby, concession areas, ticket space, commercial kitchen and parking for 2,173 cars. A combination of glass and translucent wall panels will create an open, light-filled entrance. The building was designed with maximum flexibility in mind. The open floor plan will allow for a variety of configurations depending on the event’s specific needs including banquet facilities to serve more than 2,000.
The Expo Center will be built where the Travel & Transportation Building, Carriage Hall, courtyard and south parking lot are today. Construction is slated to be completed in spring 2016.
The overall MAPS 3 budget for the Oklahoma State Fairgrounds Improvements is $54 million, allowing $44 million for construction of the Expo Center. An additional $4.5 million in MAPS 3 funds are being invested in new parking lots and other site improvements, separate from this project.

Ouachita National Forest Camping | Northwoods MTB Trails in Hot Springs, Arkansas
On this camping trip, we found an amazing camping spot in the Ouachita National Forest on the top of a beautiful mountain. The next morning we left the Ouachita National Forest and drove down to Hot Springs Arkansas to ride the Northwoods Trails. Once done there we went to a hidden water hole to cool off. After that, we drove back to the Ouachita National Forest to cook dinner. Our last stop was a amazing sunset ontop of Flatside Pinnacle over looking the Flatside Wilderness
Always Be (Original Song // Norman, Oklahoma)
Always Be
C. 2007 Ryan Welton
Verse 1:
follow my lazy footsteps
leave footprints in the sand
fall asleep by the shore
while you're holding my hand
Verse 2:
drift off, don't let me wake you
dream little dreams of me
i'll be gone when you wake
i'll come back when you sleep
Chorus:
by the light i am your angel
by the dark i am your knight
by the sun i am a memory
by the moon i'm your delight
by the blue sky i'm your secret
by the stars i am your light
... and i'll always be, always be, always be
Verse 3:
wander into the forest
leave a trail by the trees
find your way back to me
with relative ease
Verse 4:
hold on, tight as you can now
to my memory
i'll be gone when you wake
but i'll come back when you sleep
Chorus:
by the light i am your angel
by the dark i am your knight
by the sun i am a memory
by the moon i'm your delight
by the blue sky i'm your secret
by the stars i am your light
... and i'll always be, always be, always be
... and i'll always be, always be, always be
... and i'll always be, always be, always be
