Busseto: Verdi Theatre and Casa Barezzi | Italia Slow Tour
In Busseto Giuseppe Verdi is everywhere! Let's visit the Teatro Verdi (i.e. Verdi Theatre), a small treasure showing how Busseto has always been a town with a great cultural and musical tradition. Displayed in the foyer are some of Verdi's original letters. Surprisingly they don't talk about music, but farming! Could you believe? The itinerary on his steps continues to Casa Barezzi, where is now a Museum dedicated to the Master.

Florença é um município italiano, capital e maior cidade da região da Toscana e da província homônima.
Florença foi durante muito tempo considerada a capital da moda. É considerada o berço do Renascimento italiano, e uma das cidades mais belas do mundo.
Tornou-se célebre, também, por ser a cidade natal de Dante Alighieri, autor da Divina Comédia, que é um marco da literatura universal e a língua italiana moderna tem várias influências desta obra. Nesse poema ele descreve a cidade de Florença em muitas passagens, assim como alguns de seus contemporâneos florentinos célebres, como Guido Cavalcanti, amigo que também era poeta e ativo na vida política da cidade, que também são personagens da obra. Também é florentino Cimabue, o último grande pintor italiano a seguir a tradição bizantina, e responsável pela descoberta de Giotto.
Tem origem num antigo povoado etrusco. A cidade foi governada pela família Médici desde o início do século XV até meados do século XVIII. O primeiro líder da cidade pertencente à família Médici foi Cosme, o Velho, chegou ao poder em 1437. Foi um protector dos judeus na cidade, iniciando uma longa relação da família com a comunidade judaica.

ALPI APUANE: Monte Croce - Fioritura delle Giunchiglie - di Sergio Colombini (Video 4K)
L'itinerario di oggi inizia poco sopra il paese di Palagnana, da quota 925 s.l.m.
Prendiamo il sentiero CAI 135 tutto nel bosco, in breve tempo arriviamo al passo il Termine 1119 s.l.m.
Qui si trova una Maestà e la pietra di confine con incisi: DM per Ducato di Modena su un lato e GTD per Granducato di Toscana sull'altro.
Da qui prendiamo il sentiero 108 che percorriamo per un tratto, poi lo lasciamo per salire lungo il crinale fino a raggiungere la vetta 1314 s.l.m.
Bellissima è la vista della Pania della Croce, dell' Uomo Morto e della Pania Secca, con gli Appennini da un lato e il mare dall'altro.
A metà Maggio sul Monte Croce avviene la fioritura delle giunchiglie e subito dopo degli asfodeli.
Questo appuntamento con la natura è da non perdere.
- Leggenda:
Un giovane pastore e una pastorella si incontravano ogni giorno sui verdi prati del Monte Croce. Era un mattino di maggio quando si promisero eterno amore ma poche settimane dopo i turchi assaltarono i villaggi lungo la costa e il giovane pastore fu chiamato in guerra dove venne ucciso a tradimento. La pastorella, appresa la notizia, disperata corse sui fianchi della stessa montagna che aveva accolto la loro promessa di nozze, ogni sua lacrima per incanto si trasformava in bianchi e profumati fiori di giunchiglia che piano piano rivestivano il monte con il loro candore. Ogni anno nel mese di maggio i pascoli della montagna, di solito privo di vegetazione, si ricoprono ancora di un'estesa fioritura di giunchiglie facendo assistere, a chi ha la fortuna di salirvi in questo periodo, ad un vero spettacolo della natura. Sono le pure innocenti lacrime della pastorella che sbocciate in candidi fiori profumano l'aria alpina delle Apuane.
