Chianti Classico Collection 2012 MONTEFIORALLE wine farm and PRUNETI oil farm

Also 20 in Chianti has had the pleasure to participate at the Chianti Classico Collection 2012 getting in touch with a lot of vintners of our territory.
Among the farms were present also two of our clients, Montefioralle farm and Pruneti farm, two producers which have chosen to promote their business joining the 20inchianti.com project, making a video through which they can transfer to the consumer the passion for their land, the traditions they want to hand down and the high quality of their products.

During the exhibition, as member of the Chianti Classico Wine Consortium, they had the chance to present and let taste their wine and oil to a big public composed by sector operators and journalists. A very nice Chianti Classico wine DOCG made with Sangiovese, Canaiolo and Colorino grapes for the Montefioralle farm; and an excellent extra vergin olive oil for the Pruneti farm.

This year, too, the stars were the hundreds of bottles of Chianti Classico being sampled at the event devoted to one of the world's most prestigious wine territories. The Chianti Classico Collection 2012 took place as usual at the Stazione Leopolda in Florence, where the latest vintages (2009, 2010 and 2011) and most important news were presented to the wine press and trade.

Everything started on Monday 20th of February with a specific section dedicated of sector operators; than it was the turn of national and international press who tasted the wines from participating wineries but without the presence of the vintners. The producers came back the third day to meet the journalists.
