Pattaya Beach: Thailand Famous Beach of Pattaya Compilation
Pattaya Beach: Thailand Famous Beach of Pattaya Compilation. Presented to you by Amazing Thailand Destinations The Pattaya Bay Area is one of Asia's largest beach resorts and the second most visited city in Thailand, after Bangkok. The most famous place is the Bali Hai pier and the core of the city.
The main sweep of the bay area is divided into two principal beachfronts. Pattaya Beach is parallel to city centre, and runs from Pattaya Nuea south to Walking Street. Along Beach Road are restaurants, shopping areas, and night attractions.
Jomtien Beach in the southern part of the bay area is divided from Pattaya beach by the Pratamnak Hill promontory. It consists of high-rise condominiums, beach side hotels, bungalow complexes, shops, bars, and restaurants. On weekends, it becomes increasingly crowded, with many Thai visitors coming from Bangkok. It offers water sports such as jet skiing, parasailing, and small sailboat hire. The Pratumnak Hill area is gaining in popularity for its beach as it is a quieter area and it has a lot of new hotel and condominium resorts in development around the area reflecting a growing demand.
Offshore islands include the three near islands, Ko Larn (main island), Ko Sak, and Ko Krok located 7 kilometres (4.3 mi) from the western shores of Pattaya Ko Larn, or Coral Island, Mu Ko Phai, the far islands, Ko Phai (main island), Ko Man Wichai, Ko Hu Chang and Ko Klung Badan, located offshore further west of the near islands, and Ko Rin, offshore to the southwest, south of Mu Ko Phai. Some of the islands in the group are accessible by speedboat in less than 15 minutes and by ferry taking about 45 minutes. The names near islands, far islands and Coral Island are used for marketing purposes only and do not correspond to any naming conventions of the island groups and are not shown on maritime charts published by the Hydrographic Service of the Royal Thai Navy. Many of the islands have public beaches and offer scuba diving activities.

Traditional Thai Massage Therapy in Pattaya Thailand -- $4 For One Hour
Thai massage is quite different from other types of massage found around the world. It has it's roots in yoga and ancient medicine and involves putting pressure on the muscles and reflexology. An excellent Thai massage can be a heavenly experience, relieving sore and strained muscles and joints. The price of Thai and foot massages in Thailand is very cheap, ranging from $3-$6 for one hour plus whatever tip you are comfortable with.
I think the cheap and highly effective massages here in Thailand are one of the many great things about this country.

Tokyo (東京, Tōkyō) is Japan's capital and the world's most populous metropolis. It is also one of Japan's 47 prefectures, consisting of 23 central city wards and multiple cities, towns and villages west of the city center. The Izu and Ogasawara Islands are also part of Tokyo.
Prior to 1868, Tokyo was known as Edo. A small castle town in the 16th century, Edo became Japan's political center in 1603 when Tokugawa Ieyasu established his feudal government there. A few decades later, Edo had grown into one of the world's most populous cities. With the Meiji Restoration of 1868, the emperor and capital moved from Kyoto to Edo, which was renamed Tokyo (Eastern Capital). Large parts of Tokyo were destroyed in the Great Kanto Earthquake of 1923 and in the air raids of 1945.
Today, Tokyo offers a seemingly unlimited choice of shopping, entertainment, culture and dining to its visitors. The city's history can be appreciated in districts such as Asakusa, and in many excellent museums, historic temples and gardens. Contrary to common perception, Tokyo also offers a number of attractive green spaces in the city center and within relatively short train rides at its outskirts.
★ WAT NA PHRA MEN
★ KING NARESUAN MONUMENT (MEMORIAL PARK FOR KING NARESUAN)
★ CHEDI PHUKHAO THONG или THE PRINCIPAL PAGODA (Thai: วัดภูเขาทอง)

Bhutan Food and Travel Guide - Day 1: My wife and I flew from Bangkok to Paro, Bhutan on Druk Air. We landed in Paro, and it was about an hour taxi ride to get to Thimphu, which is the largest city in Bhutan, and where we were going to base ourselves.
After getting settled into the My Bhutan house, we headed out to the Thimphu Farmers Market, a local produce market.
Bhutanese food lunch at Kalden Restaurant - For my first ever Bhutanese food meal, we headed over to Kalden Restaurant, a local restaurant in Thimphu. We ordered ema-datse, which is the Bhutanese food national dish of chilies and cheese, plus a number of other cheese dishes, which we ate over rice. It was an amazing first Bhutanese meal.
Indian vegetarian food dinner at New Grand Restaurant - We ordered a spread of dishes including aloo ghobi, and one of my personal favorite, chili paneer.
It was an amazing first day, flying from Bangkok to Paro, Bhutan, and then on to Thimphu. I was blown away by my first Bhutanese food meal!

THINGS TO DO IN BALI, INDONESIA | Top Attractions Travel Guide
Consider the following eight things to do in Bali, Indonesia as part of the attractions you consider during your travels.
When it comes to islands worth visiting in Southeast Asia, few can compete with the allure of Bali; however, if you're expecting a Utopian pristine paradise, as often is depicted in the movies and popular culture, you'll be in for a rude awakening. Bali is what it is -- unicorns and warts alike. Although there is stunning scenery, world class beaches and enchanting Hindu temples to explore there is also eyesore rubbish piles, filthy beaches and unscrupulous touts to content with.

If you can visit Bali with realistic expectations it certainly offers up a wide spread of activities and attractions worth visiting.
Consider the following eight things to do in Bali, Indonesia as part of your travel itinerary:
Balinese fire dance performance
1) Balinese fire and trance performance
2) Exploring the cultural hub of Ubud
3) Visit the Tegalalang Rice Terraces
4) Explore Hindu Temples
5) View Mount Batur from a distance
6) Explore surrounding beaches and islands
7) Visit Monkey Forest Temple
8) Hike up Mount Batur (an active volcano) for a spectacular sunrise viewing
Welcome to Bali, Indonesia!
After spending nearly a year travelling in Southeast Asia, we couldn't leave without first visiting Bali. We decided to take a 2 week trip to the famed island and split our time between Ubud and Sanur to explore as much as possible.
During one of our first nights on the island, we attended a Balinese fire and trance performance. This dance and music drama originated in the 1930s, depicting stories from Hindu literature.
Ubud is the art and cultural capital of Bali and we enjoyed spending a few days here. Our mornings in the town were spent visiting the various temples, browsing through markets, and soaking in the surroundings.
We also had a chance to visit the Tegalalang Rice Terraces. They were lush, green, and reminded us of our time in Korea because Sam's apartment overlooked rice terraces.
Bali is mainly Hindu and the island is home to many temples. During our time in Bali we visited the Elephant Temple, which is best known for its menacing cave entrance.
We also visited Gunung Kawi, which is nicknamed the Rock Temple. The rock temple gets its name because of the 10 shrines that were carved into the rock wall and stand 7 meters tall. They are truly a sight to behold.
Well, I am supposed to sprinkle water on my head, so here we go.
During our tour around the island, we stopped at a lookout point where we saw the impressive Mount Batur looming in the horizon. Mount Batur is an active volcano, however, when we learned that it was open to hikers, we decided we were up for the challenge.
Bali is a great jump off point for exploring some of the surrounding beaches and islands. Trips to Lombok, Nusa Lembongan, and the Gili Islands are very easy to arrange. There are plenty of water sports to choose from including snorkeling, free diving, scuba diving, surfing and even kayaking.
Ubud is home to the monkey forest where infamous little macaques roam freely. The monkey forest is home to over 600 monkeys, who over time have lost all fear of man. The monkeys are not shy and will approach people and even climb onto their bodies if they believe you have food. If you're feeling adventurous and would like to feed the monkeys, you can purchase bananas right at the entrance of the monkey forest.
One of the highlights of our time in Bali, was climbing Mount Batur for sunrise. The morning of the hike, we got up at 2 in the morning and were driven to the base of the volcano.
Overall, we really enjoyed our time in Bali! It may not have been the quiet paradise that's depicted in the movies, but it offered culture, natural beauty, and it was a great place to relax.
This is part of our Travel in Bali, Indonesia series. We're making a series of videos showcasing Indonesian culture, Balinese Culture, Indonesian arts, Balinese arts, Indonesian foods, Balinese foods, Indonesian religion, Balinese religion, Indonesian people and Balinese people:

Insanely Good Northern Thai Food in Bangkok at Man Muang
► Read the restaurant details here:
► T-shirts and eBooks:
Northern Thai food is not very easy to find in Bangkok, especially good northern Thai food. I normally don’t really even try to eat northern food, but typically just wait until I go somewhere like Chiang Mai or Chiang Rai. But recently Ying told me about a northern Thai restaurant on the outskirts of Bangkok and we decided to go check it out for lunch one mid-day. The restaurant, called Man Muang (ร้านม่านเมือง), is located a little distance from Central Bangkok, out on Ramkhamhaeng Soi 112, probably about a 45 minute taxi ride from the center of the city. The food was incredible, well worth the journey to get there. Man Muang (ร้านม่านเมือง) is housed in a very nice old wooden house with open air walls and surrounded by banana trees. It really feels like you’re in the countryside when you’re eating there, and actually feels like you’re back in northern Thailand. They’ve also done a great job of decorating the restaurant, with old antiques, some of which are for sale.
I started the meal off with a bowl of khao soi gai (ข้าวซอยไก่), northern Thai style curry with egg noodles. Again, it’s hard to find a good bowl to find a good bowl of khao soi in Bangkok. Their version, while not the best I’ve ever had, was still quite good. The curry was rich and thick, the noodles were good, and the seasoning was nice as well. What I really liked was the prik pao, dry deep fried chilies, pounded up into flakes to season the curry. That made it fantastic. Moving on, we next tried their gaeng hanglay (แกงฮังเล), a famous northern Thai food, a pork curry. This was a very good version, and they used pineapple in their recipe, something I hadn’t really seen in a gaeng hanglay (แกงฮังเล) before. It was really good, highly recommended. I liked the sweet and sour flavor from the pineapple.
The dish that really lifted me into food heaven was the gai neung (ไก่นึ่ง), a piece of steamed chicken topped in a load of curry paste. The curry paste was so thick and so rich that it was a full centimeter in thickness. It was amazing. The curry paste was extremely flavorful, yet it wasn’t too salty or too spicy. I think there were garlic and shallots, and lots of turmeric in the mix, plus a handful of fresh cilantro and green onions to top it off. It was truly an amazing dish and next time I return to eat northern Thai food at Man Muang (ร้านม่านเมือง), I won’t miss ordering it again.
In addition to these main dishes, we also ordered a number of other northern Thai side dishes like sausage, aeb (a packet of fish with curry paste), and khao kan jeen. Everything was very good, and I can honestly say it’s one of the best northern Thai food meals I’ve ever had in Bangkok. If you’re looking for authentic northern Thai food in Bangkok, it’s worth making the trip out to Man Muang
Man Muang Restaurant (ร้านม่านเมือง)
Address: Thanon Ramkhamhaeng 112, Sammakon Soi 16
Open hours: 9 am – 8 pm daily
Phone: 081-9133413
Prices: Portions are a little small for the price, but for the quality and flavor of authentic northern Thai food it’s well worth the price. Expect to pay around 150 – 250 THB per person for a spread of dishes like we ordered.
How to get there: Really the main way is to take a taxi to get there from Central Bangkok, and it might cost 200 - 300 THB and take about 45 minutes.
Be sure to read the full blog post for all the details and photos about this restaurant:
