We present our work by the most beautiful places in the province of Castellon that are accessible with wheelchair and handbike, nature, gastronomy and adventure.
We take the International Tourism Day 2016 dedicated to Tourism for All to present the work we have done together with the Valencia to make the most beautiful of the province of Castellon, accessible places wheelchair and handbike.
Our tour started and continued for Montanejos Navajas, Segorbe, Castellón de la Plana, Benicassin, Oropesa, Peñíscola, Canet lo Roig, Morella and Cinctorres. We have made adventure and nature in the reservoir Gritty, we have enjoyed in quad Oropesa in handbike the Greenway Mediterranean Castellon de la Plana Oropesa, we bathed in accessible beaches, enjoyed a spa for all and an indoor pool adapted. We are excited Offering the Great Day Peñíscola or the input Segorbe Bulls and Horses, we have enjoyed fairs, food and even the departure of the Tour of Spain 2016.
We thank all agencies, organizations and companies that have been involved in carrying out this work and that is a dream come true and the discovery of a province with beautiful places and cozy, friendly and unforgettable people.

In diesem drittren Teil meines Besuches auf dem Berg vom Castell de Alaro, bin ich wieder runter von der Kirche zu der Ruine der Burg von Alaro gegangen. Wenn man rechts am Eingangstor vorbei geht und dann geradeaus, ist man auf dem Kamm auf dem die ehemalige Burg stand. Bis zum Ende des weges zu gehen ist nur etwas für mutige und standfeste, weil es rechts und mlinks steil bergab in den Abgund geht.

Castell d` Alaro was a Moorish castle until the siege in 1285it took it . Alfonso of Aragon had the defenders, Cabrit and Brassa, burnt alive on a spit. The present castillo, is now in ruins, dates from the 14 to the 15th Century and stands 800 metres above sea level. The walk to it from Alaro takes about two hours. From the summit are magnificent views and there is a small chapel as well as a restaurant and bar.
El Castell d'Alaró és un castell situat al cim del mateix nom, al terme municipal d'Alaró, a Mallorca. És Bé d'Interés cultural des de l'any 1931.
Per arribar-hi cal partir del poble d'Alaró per la carretera de Bunyola i agafar el segon desviament a mà esquerra indicat amb el nom de Camí des Castell. El camí comença amb uns trams sfaltats fins a l'altura de la possessió de Son Penyaflor, després passa a una zona sols encimentada fins arribar a les cases d'Es Verger, que actualment alberguen un restaurant. A partir d'aqui, el camí es converteix en pista forestal, un camí de terra reforçat amb ciment a alguns trams deteriorats fins a l'esplanada d'Es Pouet on hauren de deixar estacionat el vehicle. És aqui on haurem de començar el nostre camí a peu fins al cim.
També pot fer-se la ruta a peu des del poble, ja que totes les drasseres estan senyalitzades per la Ruta de pedra en sec. És una construcció amb finalitats militars del que hi ha constància històrica des de l'any 902, quan els sarraïns arribaren a l'illa. En aquell temps ja hi havia una fortificació on els assetjats resistiren vuit anys i sis mesos. La fortificació fou ocupada successivament pels conqueridors de l'illa i el rei en Jaume I el Conqueridor se la va reservar quan permutà Mallorca pel Comtat d'Urgell a l'Infant Pere de Portugal.
L'any 1229 alguns grups de mallorquins musulmans fugiren després de que el Rei En Jaume entràs a Madina Mayurqa. Primer partiren a les muntanyes, però a partir de 1231 només restaven als tres castells roquers: Castell de Santueri, Castell del Rei i el d'Alaró. És possible que aquests refugiats resistiren alguns anys fins que aconseguiren pactar un trasllat a altres terres.
El 1343 els ocupants del castell es rendiren a les tropes de Pere el Cerimoniós després d'edictes amenaçadors. Als segles XIV i XV, fou progressivament abandonat encara que s'hi mantingué un guarnició militar fins al 1741. A partir d'aquesta data l'ús fou únicament religiós, ja que al 1622 s'hi havia edificat un oratori.
Es conserva la muralla del castell amb cinc torres. A l'entrada del recinte trobam un primer portal d'accés, ubicat a l'avantmuralla. Alguns escalons més amunt arribam a una segona porta, imbuïda en una torre de defensa per matacans. És la torre de l'homenatge, popularment coneguda com constipador. A migjorn de la mola del castell hi ha una altra torre molt popular, dita la Presó dels Moros o la Torre de la Cova, a sota de la qual hi ha una cova de Sant Antoni, vestigi d'una antiga ocupació eremítica del segle XVII.
