Washington DC day trip | Tourist attractions | Best way to visit DC
This video is about my day trip to Washington DC, the capital of the United States of America. You can see me travelling from Virginia to Washington DC by public transport. I took a local PRTC bus to Springfield Franconia metro station. Metro is the best way to reach Washington DC if you are staying in suburban areas. I took a metro from Springfield Franconia to Smithsonian station. Smithsonian metro station the nearest metro station for Washington Monument, National Mall, Holocaust museum, White House and other important tourist attractions. I have shared information about Washington metro fare and Washington metro one day pass, which is a prefered way to travel in DC for tourists. At the end of the day, I visited the Capitol building. Watch this video to see the beautiful family of my host in Virginia.

NEW YORK: 'Big Bus' City tour | He insulted me | My Bad Experience
On the 28th day of my US trip (May 2018), I booked Hop on-hop off 'Big Bus' tour to see the popular tourist attractions in New York. I had a bad experience with the Big Bus tour Guide. Watch this video to see the Staten Island ferry tour to see the glimpse of the Statue of Liberty, New York. Also, see the New York's Central Park.

Here are all of the foods and where you can try them!
1. Tower Burger (Amour de Miami):
This massive burger is an absolute monster. The river of cheese fondue that’s poured on top makes it a rich and decadent treat!
2. Elote (Tacos and Tattoos):
I’ve had this Mexican corn on the cob dish before, but none of them were as good as this creamy, spicy, and mouthwatering version!
3. The Yardbird (Spring Chicken):
This juicy and tender fried chicken sandwich with Duke’s mayo and pickles is one of the best chicken sandwiches I’ve ever had!
4. Lobster Mac & Cheese (Yardbird):
This was one of the cheesiest and creamiest lobster macs I’ve ever had, and one of the prettiest, with a gorgeous presentation including a whole lobster!
5. Swolf Burger (Clutch Burger):
With a waygu beef patty, chorizo, and seared pork belly, this fatty, juicy burger is perfect for any meat lover. It’s one of my favorite burgers ever!
6. Nutella Obleah (Amazonica):
This Colombian treat with Nutella and shredded coconut spread between two thin wafers was a pleasant surprise and a flavorful snack everyone should try!
7. Fish Molee (Ayesha Pinecrest):
This flaky and tender dish from the Indian state of Kerala is fresh and bursting with flavor. Its sauce was so good I wanted to drink it!
8. Star Luca Pizza (Mister O1):
This spicy salami and large dollops of ricotta cheese baked into this pizza’s crust make for an unreal flavor and texture combination!
9. Cachapa (Budare Bistro):
This warm corn pancake with white cheese and sour cream is one of my all-time favorite Venezuelan breakfast foods, and the ones at Budare Bistro are outstanding!
10. Breakfast All Day Burger (BurgerFi):
Imagine adding eggs, bacon, hash browns, and maple syrup to a tender, juicy burger. That’s what this burger is, and it is sensational.
11. Saag Paneer (Bollywood Masala):
This cottage cheese dish that’s served in a flavorful creamy spinach sauce is a popular dish in India, for good reason. This version was absolute perfection!
12. Malanga Tots (Amelia’s 1931):
These deep-fried root vegetable tots that are topped with vaca frita, garlic, and two different mayos are flavor and texture bombs! They are fantastic!
13. Papaya Salad (Sansara):
This chilled, bright salad, mixed with the salty, fatty pork belly was like if Thailand and Cuba got married right on my place. They paired so well together!
14. Rock Shrimp Pizza (Harry’s Pizzeria):
This unusual pizza featuring rock shrimp, Manchego cheese, scallions, and lemon took me back to my time in Greece and had me at a loss for words!
15. French Assassin (Killer Melts):
This mind-blowing breakfast burger between two slices of French toast is easily one of the best breakfast burgers ever!
16. 48-oz. Porterhouse Steak (Shula’s):
This fatty and perfectly cooked steak was absolutely massive and the best steak I’ve ever eaten!
17. Peking Duck (Tropical Chinese):
This Beijing specialty is incredible when rolled into a crepe with crispy duck skin, scallions, cucumbers, and red sauce!
18. The U (Sweet Dogs):
The bacon, sautéed onions, salsa, sauerkraut, and corn chips on this wild hot dog make it an instant favorite!
19. Spicy Tuna Cone (Kraken Lab):
The spicy tuna, briny roe, and sweet waffle cone make for a magnificent flavor and texture combination that seriously blew my mind!
I hope you enjoyed this video of the 19 dishes you have to try in Miami in 2019! If you did, please give it a thumbs up, leave me a comment, and please subscribe to my channel!

Top 10 Snowiest Cities on Earth
10. Buffalo: Located just east of Lake Erie, which borders the winter wonderland known as Canada, Buffalo experiences more snow than most major Canadian cities, which tend to be known for long, snowy winters. Buffalo residents also experience increased production of snow due to the meteorological pattern known as “lake-effect snow”, which drastically increases overall snowfall.
9. Rochester: located fairly close to Canada, south of Lake Ontario, Rochester deals with large amounts of lake-effect snow that occasionally leads to blizzards. Sustained winds that exceeded 60 mph battered the regions, blowing snow from the lake. Snow drifts of up to 30 feet accumulated in some areas.
8. Akita: Home of Akita Castle, a fortification built around 733 A.D., Akita has a population of more than 320,000 residents. It achieved the designation of a “core city” of Japan in 1997. The first two months of the year tend to dump the most snow on the people of Akita, with an average of 54.3 inches in January and 42.5 inches in February – over 90% of its average annual snowfall.
7. Saguenay: Saguenay is located about 120 miles north of Quebec City, capital of the province of Quebec. Formed through a merger of four smaller cities – La Baie, Laterriere, Chicoutimi and Jonquiere – Saguenay has a population of more than 144,000 Francophones living close to the Saguenay River and Lac Saint-Jean.
6. Syracuse: Syracuse is located in the state of New York, situated close to a lake – in this case both Lake Ontario and Onondaga Lake. Metropolitan Syracuse has a population of more than 144,000 in the city with more than 662,000 people living in the surrounding metropolitan region.
5. Quebec City: The second biggest city in the province of Quebec, Quebec City is one of the oldest cities in North America and features some of the most beautiful architecture and culture inspired by the city’s French and European roots.. Quebec celebrates the winter with the annual Quebec Winter Carnival. This year marks the carnival’s 60th anniversary.
4. St. John’s: St. John’s is located in the province of Newfoundland and Labrador and receives the most snow on average than any major Canadian city. This city is believed to be the oldest in North America and sprung from some of the first wave of settlements from European interlopers.
3. Toyama: This area of Japan receives so much snow on an annual basis that that the Tateyama Kurobe Alpine Route – Yuki no Otani – features giant walls of snow on both sides that tower over all drivers, completely blocking the view. Toyama is the capital of the Toyay Prefecture and is home to over 417,000 residents.
2. Sapporo: Sapporo is the largest city on this list, with a population of nearly 2 million. The fourth biggest city in Japan is the second snowiest on earth, with nearly 17 feet of snow per year on average. Similar to Quebec City, Sapporo puts on an annual festival, known as the Sapporo Snow Festival, welcoming about two million tourists during the event.
1. Aomori City: By far the snowiest city on earth is Aomori City in Aomori Prefecture, Japan. This location averages a whopping 26 feet of snow per year, more than a 100 inches more than Sapporo, the next snowiest city. The reason Aomori City receives an incredible amount of snow is its location in high elevation among the Hakkoda Mountains, Aomori Bay and Mutsu Bay, combining cold northern air with snow production aided by adjacent bodies of water.

The United States of America (USA), commonly known as the United States (U.S. or US) or America, is a country composed of 50 states, a federal district, five major self-governing territories, and various possessions.[f] At 3.8 million square miles (9.8 million km2), the United States is the world's third or fourth largest country by total area[g] and slightly smaller than the entire continent of Europe's 3.9 million square miles (10.1 million km2). With a population of over 327 million people, the U.S. is the third most populous country. The capital is Washington, D.C., and the largest city by population is New York. Forty-eight states and the capital's federal district are contiguous in North America between Canada and Mexico. The State of Alaska is in the northwest corner of North America, bordered by Canada to the east and across the Bering Strait from Russia to the west. The State of Hawaii is an archipelago in the mid-Pacific Ocean. The U.S. territories are scattered about the Pacific Ocean and the Caribbean Sea, stretching across nine official time zones. The extremely diverse geography, climate, and wildlife of the United States make it one of the world's 17 megadiverse countries
A hotel is an establishment that provides paid lodging on a short-term basis. Facilities provided may range from a modest-quality mattress in a small room to large suites with bigger, higher-quality beds, a dresser, a refrigerator and other kitchen facilities, upholstered chairs, a flat screen television, and en-suite bathrooms. Small, lower-priced hotels may offer only the most basic guest services and facilities. Larger, higher-priced hotels may provide additional guest facilities such as a swimming pool, business centre (with computers, printers, and other office equipment), childcare, conference and event facilities, tennis or basketball courts, gymnasium, restaurants, day spa, and social function services. Hotel rooms are usually numbered (or named in some smaller hotels and B&Bs) to allow guests to identify their room. Some boutique, high-end hotels have custom decorated rooms. Some hotels offer meals as part of a room and board arrangement. In the United Kingdom, a hotel is required by law to serve food and drinks to all guests within certain stated hours.[citation needed] In Japan, capsule hotels provide a tiny room suitable only for sleeping and shared bathroom facilities.

EPIC USA Road Trip! (2,361 Miles, 21 Days, 7 States and 6 Nat'l Parks)
EPIC USA Road Trip! (2,361 miles, 21 Days, 7 States and 6 Nat'l Parks)
We did it. We quit our jobs, moved out of our apartment, sold all our belongings and left Dubai and the United Arab Emirates, and off to the USA we went for our Great American Road Trip, the first part of our 8-month trip around the world.
For the first leg of our big adventure, we started with a 3 week-long Epic West Coast USA road trip and tried to hit all of the US National Parks we could.
After our direct flight from DXB to Seattle with Emirates, and more than 14 hours in the air - which honestly, wasn’t enough to catch up on all the movies/series Emirates' ICE offers! - , we landed in Seattle Airport and went to pick up our trusty car at Hertz.
The Emirates direct flight from Dubai to Seattle is a dream because it leaves Dubai at 8:35am and lands in Seattle at 10:55am the same day, wasting no time and allowing for a good nights sleep before exploring all you can in the US.
We had no idea that Emirates flew this route but were thankful to find it as it proved to be the perfect launching city from which to start a great American road trip - and the stunning nature, ocean, and scenery was the perfect beginning to our amazing adventure down the west coast of the USA.
Now that we'd sorted the flight and arrived to Seattle, we had to find our home for the next three weeks - time to get our rental car!
Since we registered in advance for the Hertz Gold Plus Rewards loyalty programme, we didn’t have to queue and could directly select our car on the spot at the airport in Seattle - with an additional driver for free! #WIN This was a huge benefit after a long flight and allowed us to get right on the road. It's the little things like this that make such a huge difference on a trip like this.
Tip: Register for the Hertz Gold Plus loyalty programme to benefit from awesome features too!
Seattle, Washington
Once we picked up our car, we headed directly towards Seattle city center for a quick visit to Pike’s Market on Elliott Bay, one of the oldest in the USA, where you can find fresh produce, independent businesses, the most amazing seafood in the US, and specialty foods.
We then had to stop for a coffee at the world’s oldest operating Starbucks on Pike Place, a classic! (we're so white...)
After this quick visit to Seattle, we had to continue towards Portland, where we spent the first two nights of our West Coast USA road trip - in one of the funkiest cities in America.
Portland, Oregon
We woke up early on the second day (thanks, jet lag!) and went for a morning workout in Forest Park, which ended up being absolutely beautiful and we finally could breathe real oxygen and see greenery and trees, which we missed so much living in the desert for so many years! Forest Park is the largest urban park in the US and goes on forever with endless amazing hikes and trails.
After a lunch at Whole Foods (you know it), we visited Powell’s Books, the oldest independent bookstore in the world. We could have stayed for hours - the bookstore is huge, has all genres imaginable and is such a cozy place!
Crater Lake, Oregon
On the way from Oregon to California, we made a stop at Crater Lake, and we’re thrilled we did! Upon entering the Crater Lake National Park, we bought the $80 America the Beautiful pass, which allows you unlimited entry to all National Parks in the USA for a year - super worth it if you’re doing a West Coast USARoad Trip as each individual National Park pass is around $20-$30.
Redwood National Park, California
While driving down from Oregon into California, we stopped by Redwood National Park, as Jeff had never visited - even though he lived in California for years!
San Francisco, California
This was our second time in San Francisco together, and we decided to start a 5k run on the Golden Gate bridge to kick-start the day! What a feeling, to be on one of the (if not THE most) iconic bridges in the world, running and feeling great!
Los Angeles, California
Los Angeles is difficult to cover in a few days as it’s so massive and spread out. We managed to see a lot of Jeff’s friends, do some amazing hikes to Griffith Observatory and up Mount Hollywood and even watch a Dodgers baseball game (I am yet to fully understand the game, but it was an incredible experience with an unparalleled atmosphere!).
Las Vegas, Nevada
We made a quick detour by Las Vegas, since I had never been. We stayed right on the strip in the Treasure Island hotel...
