Australia - A place you feel.
How can the colour blue be a feeling?
Well, it’s hard to describe.
But it is.
You see, it’s different down here.
The air just has more life in it.
Sounds touch you.
And the light fills you up somehow.
Yeah, it’s a place that stays with you.
And sometimes, if you’re lucky, it stays forever.
Because Australia isn’t just a place you see…
It’s a place you feel.
Camping Toilet tips, Bush Toilet & Portable toilet options
Camping Toilet tips, Bush Toilet & Portable toilet options. We show you the basic tools to use and some family friendly options such as using a shower tent as a private screen for when nature calls.
In regards to plastic bags as stated in the video please avoid using them, if you have no choice then use compostable bags NOT Bio degradable bags! Bio Degradable bags are made from chemicals which need UV radiation (or sun light) to breakdown, where compostable bags will decompose but it will still take some time.
Digging holes for human waste are best to be dug 300mm (or 1 foot deep), reason for this is too shallow animals will dig it up and too deep 600mm plus (2 feet +) it wont decompose as fast.
There are other toilet options like the chemical toilets, we didnt cover those as we feel they are more of a caravan & boating option.

AMSTERDAM: EXPLORING the famous RED LIGHT DISTRICT (THE NETHERLANDS/HOLLAND)
SUBSCRIBE: - Let's go visit Amsterdam's famous The Red Light District – a warren of medieval alleyways making up the inner-city area locally known as De Wallen – is just southeast of Centraal Station, on and around the parallel neon-lit canals Oudezijds Voorburgwal and Oudezijds Achterburgwal.
According to Lonely Planet: Amsterdam's infamous Red Light District is a carnival of vice, with skimpily-clad prostitutes in brothel windows, raucous bars, haze-filled 'coffeeshops', strip shows and mind-boggling museums. It's not for everyone.

Mount Abu is a popular hill station in the Aravalli Range in Sirohi district of Rajasthan state in western India near the border with Gujarat. The mountain forms a distinct rocky plateau 22 km long by 9 km wide. The highest peak on the mountain is Guru Shikhar at 1,722 m (5,650 ft) above sea level. It is referred to as 'an oasis in the desert' as its heights are home to rivers, lakes, waterfalls and evergreen forests. The nearest train station is Abu Road railway station: 27 km away.
Tourism :
Mount Abu town, the only hill station in Rajasthan, is at an elevation of 1,220 m (4,003 ft). It has been a popular retreat from the heat of Rajasthan and neighbouring Gujarat for centuries. The Mount Abu Wildlife Sanctuary was established in 1960 and covers 290 km² of the mountain.
The mountain is home to several Hindu temples, including the Adhar Devi Temple (also known as Arbuda Devi Temple), carved out of solid rock; the Shri Raghunathji Temple; and a shrine and temple to Dattatreya built atop the Guru Shikhar peak and a number of Jain temples including Dilwara Temples, a complex of temples carved of white marble built between the 11th and 13th centuries AD. The oldest of these is the Vimal Vasahi temple, built in 1021 AD by Vimal Shah and dedicated to the first of the Jain Tirthankaras. They include the Achaleswar Mahadev Temple (1412) and the Kantinath Temple (1513). It is the location of the headquarters of the Brahma Kumaris.
The Achalgarh Fort, built in the 14th century by Rana Kumbha of Mewar, is nearby and at its center is the popular visitor attraction of the Nakki Lake. The Toad Rock is on a hill near the lake. Close to the fort is the Achaleshwar Mahadev Temple, a popular Shiva temple.
The Durga Ambika Mata Temple lies in a cleft of rock in Jagat, just outside Mount Abu town.
In Mount Abu, the faith community of Brahma Kumaris has its spiritual headquarters, which are represented by its own account in 85 countries.[7] Every year about 2.5 million visitors are supposed to visit the sprawling campus of that spiritual movement.

Shillong : Hill station and capital city of Meghalaya
Shillong is the capital of Meghalaya, one of the smallest states in India and home to the Khasis. It is the headquarters of the East Khasi Hills district. Shillong is the 330th most populous city in India with population of 143,007 according to the 2011 census. It is said that the rolling hills around the town reminded the European settlers of Scotland. Hence, Shillong is known as Scotland of the East. The density of Meghalaya state in the current decade is 342 per sq mile. Shillong was the capital of Assam, but after the state was split as Assam and Meghalya meaning 'The abode of the clouds', it became the first capital of the newly formed State of Meghalaya . Located in undulating pine covered hills, the city has a milder climate than tropical India. The city center is 1496 meters above sea level.
The British legacy is still visible in architecture and food habits of population. The Assam style houses with slanting roofs, large number of windows and wooden floors look like a piece of art which happens to be very good idea, considering Shillong lies in a area where rains and earthquakes are very common. Shillong receives heavy rainfalls during monsoon and the rainy season usually lasts longer than rest of India. An umbrella is therefore a necessity while packing your bags. Although people avoid the rainy season, it is generally the time when city is clean and waterfalls are in full strength. Most of the Shillong population belong to Khasi tribe, who are predominantly Christian. There are significant Bengali and Nepali minorities. An interesting aspect of Khasis are that they are a matrilineal society - the mother is head of family, youngest daughter owns all the property and mothers surname is passed on to children.
Shillong is fast emerging as an education hub for the entire northeastern region. Important educational institutes like the Northeastern Hill University (NEHU), CMJ University, Martin Luther Christian University, Indian Institute of Management, National Institute of Technology, Shillong, Institute of Hotel Management (IHM),National Institute of Fashion Technology (NIFT) and North Eastern Indira Gandhi Regional Institute of Health and Medical Sciences, English and Foreign Languages University, Shillong Campus, St. Edmund's College, St. Anthony's College, Shillong and several others college and engineering institution have been established here.

Hosiery manufacturing in Tirupur, Tamil Nadu
South Indian Hosiery Manufacturers' Association.
Tirupur and Ludhiana are the two prime centres for knitwear production in India. While Ludhiana focuses primarily on woollen knitwear, Tirupur is actively engaged in the production and export of cotton knitwear. This small town situated in the Coimbatore district of Tamilnadu accounts for nearly 3% of India’s export trade and
80% of India’s total hosiery exports. The town was performing exceedingly well under the quota regime and was granted the status of ‘Town of export excellence. Competition was nonexistent before quota removal and therefore the structure of this industry was simple. It had assured but limited global market. Cotton knitwear production comprises of several processes such as knitting, dyeing, bleaching, printing etc. The firms here operated as small scale units specializing any of the processes mentioned above. Therefore the industry was highly fragmented and there were around 7010 units operating like this. This had resulted in high degree of subcontracting relationship between them. This unique structure had minimized the need for vertical integration and at the same time given the advantages of flexibility of operations, savings on the costs of space, machinery and labour. The export orders in Tirupur were generally procured from buying houses that acted as the buyer’s agent. The orders thus received were processed and exported to the foreign buyers who would then sell them in their own brand names. This pattern of operation had made Tirupur a job working centre rather than a brand exporter. Government support was available to this industry in the form of protective policies, concessions, subsidies and export promotion measures to nurture this industry.
While the above structure had given the impetus to grow and flourish in a protected environment it had also created problems that went unnoticed under the quota regime. For example the high level of outsourcing had prevented the industry from undertaking large scale production thereby restricting scale economies. Likewise the practice of producing according to buyer specifications had barred the firms from indulging in serious marketing activities. Further it had made R&D redundant, which severely hampered innovations. All this turned out to be major drawbacks in the post quota regime. Consequently there was a need for this industry to quickly restructure itself.
