The Pantheon in Rome was built on the orders of Hadrian between 118AD and 125AD, it functioned as a temple to all the Roman Gods. The temple was built to replace Marcus Agrippa's temple which had burnt down in 80AD. The original inscription can still be seen above the Pantheon entrance Marcus Agrippa son of Lucius, having been consul three times made it. The building is in such good condition thanks to renovations made by the Byzantine Emperor Phocas in 608AD when it was converted into a church. The church became the final resting place for several Italian kings including King Vittorio Emanuele II, Umberto I and the artist Raphael who was buried here together with his fiancée. The Pantheon architecture was unlike other Roman Temples and so historians wonder at the buildings use.

Thanks Greece - Our Heritage (A video from Spain)
Another video sympathy in Greece was initiated by Spanish students and teachers of Murcia. Dozens of children, teachers, professors, as well as employees, remind people of the ancient Greek heritage: the linguistic wealth, the contribution of ancient Greece in the Republic, the Arts, Culture and beyond. And found a special way to pay tribute to Greece for what he has offered to mankind today.
Florenta | City break cultural

Hey guys! We are Samuel and Audrey, a vlogging travel couple from Canada. In this travel channel we share our travel and food vlogs while touring the world.
Our most recent trip was to South Korea where I embarked upon a two-week adventure without Audrey. Invited as part of a YouTube vlogging trip, organized by KTO, I spent the first week traveling with other YouTubers in Seoul, Busan and Gyeongju. My second week included independent exploration of Korea with my good friend and fellow YouTuber David of DavidsBeenHere.
Having lived and traveled in South Korea, the chance to return to one of my favorite countries was one of the biggest surprises of 2019. On this particular trip, I had an opportunity to do many things I had not previously covered including a visit to the DMZ (Demilitarized Zone between South Korea and North Korea), a Buddhist Temple Stay and a Korean cooking class. It was almost as if the program designed by KTO knew exactly what I had missed out on before.
Obviously, a huge highlight from the two weeks I spent revisiting Korea was the food. I feasted on all of my favorite Korean dishes including Korean barbecue, dolsot bibimbap, haemul pajeon, tteokbokki, bulgogi, kimbap and many others. I can honestly say that Korean food is world-class and is one of my top 5 favorite cuisines in the world. Aside from trying familiar dishes, I had the opportunity to sample raw Korean seafood for the first time.
While visiting Seoul, highlights included going to Gyeongbokgung Palace, Namsan Seoul Tower, Jogyesa Temple and Hongdae. As one of the biggest cities in the world, I barely scratched the surface of things to do in Seoul.
Spending extended time in Busan was my favorite part about the trip with top highlights including a Korean temple stay, fresh fish markets and a Korean baseball game. It was from Busan that we ended up taking a day-trip to Daegu where we enjoyed a traditional Korean market and tried Galbi-Jjim for the first time.
If you want to see more videos from Korea in the future, let us know in the comments what places you'd like us to travel to and what food experiences you'd like to see on this travel channel.
Have you traveled to South Korea before? What was your experience like? Please share your Korea travel tips, advice and experiences in the comments below.

The Island of Aegina - Greece 4K Travel Channel
The island of Aegina is the third island in the Saronic Gulf which we visit during our Athens One day Cruise. With 13500 inhabitants it is the biggest of the three islands of Hydra, Poros and Aegina, in population. Accordingly long, the main town stretches along the coast. The most important source of income besides the tourism is the pistachio cultivation. 3-5 % of the world harvest come from here. In addition, Aegina is a popular summer residence for prosperous Athenians.
Aegina was already populated in the Minoan culture, 3000 BC. The first coins were minted here in the archaic time, approx. 650 BC. Trade flourished throughout the Mediterranean, particularly with the Etruscans. From 450 BC Athens won more and more important thus diminishing the influence of Aegina.
After Aegina supported the Persians in the Persian Wars and was occupied. In the Battle of Salamis they fought on the side of the Athenians. However, they were subsequently attacked by the Athenians and forced into the Delian League. At the beginning of the Peloponnesian War, the population of Aegina were expelled by the Athenians, in order not to support the Spartans. It was not until the end of the war, that the residents could return.
In the Turkish-Venetian war in 1537, the Ottoman fleet, under the command of Hayreddin Barbarossa, attacked the island and killed almost all men and enslaved 6000 women and children.
In 1828, Aegina was for 10 months the capital of the first Greek state before Nafplio took over this role. In Aegina, Ioannis Kapodistrias was sworn in as the first President of Greece.
By bus we reach the temple of Aphaia, which forms an isosceles triangle with the Olympieion (Temple of Olympian Zeus) in Athens and the Temple of Poseidon at Cape Sounion. Coincidence or planning?
The temple was built around 500 BC. Today, the pedimental sculptures of the Temple of Aphaia are in the Glyptothek of Munich, where their color appearance was investigated. The sculptures are a unique example of the transition from Archaic times to Classicism. They were sold to the Bavarian Crown Prince Ludwig in 1812.
From the temple you have a wonderful view of the Saronic Gulf to Athens.

please read more:
Chr. besiedelt. In archaischer Zeit (ca. 650 v.
