Huntingburg is a city in Patoka Township, Dubois County, in the U.S. state of Indiana. The population was 6,057 at the 2010 census. Dubois County Bombers Play at League Stadium

This summer, take a step onto the same field Tom Hanks stood on in the movie “A League of Their Own,” and root for the home team in Huntingburg, Indiana. The Dubois County Bombers, members of the Ohio Valley Wooden Bat League, play baseball in retro-styled uniforms, as the Peaches keep things running in the stadium, entertaining fans with family-friendly activities.

Patoka Lake & Recreation Area

With 8,800 acres of water encompassed by a 26,000-acre recreation area, Patoka Lake is Indiana's second largest reservoir offering Hoosier Hills Marina and houseboat rental, ten launch ramps, a swimming beach, nature trails, camp sites, and over six miles of paved bike trails. Wind 20 kts but air not too bad. Approach passed us to tower 10 nm out. Tower cleared us to land on runway 22 while we were 8 nm out. Since FBO is near the end of runway 8 we did not touch down at the beginning of the runway. After touching down we add a little power and rolled all the way down. Tower instructed us to turn off taxiway Golf, cross runway 18 and taxi to Tri-State. Drift HD170 sport cam on left wing tip.
