Hyvinkää is a town and municipality of Finland. It is located in the Uusimaa region, approximately 50 kilometres north of the capital Helsinki. The town was chartered in 1960. Hyvinkää belongs to the region of Uusimaa. The population of Hyvinkää is 46,622 .Highways and rail connections make it one of the suburban commuter centers of Greater Helsinki. The city planning has had an emphasis on recreational facilities. Some of the more well-known buildings in Hyvinkää are, among others, the Church of Hyvinkää and the manor house of Kytäjä. 1. Cathedral of Porvoo Porvoo
Porvoo cathedral is a cathedral of the Evangelical Lutheran Church of Finland in Porvoo, Finland. It was built in the 15th century, although the oldest parts date from the 13th century. It is the seat of the Diocese of Borgå, Finland's Swedish-speaking diocese . The cathedral is also used for services by the Porvoo Finnish-speaking parish, which is administratively part of the Diocese of Helsinki. The church had first become a cathedral in 1723, when the diocese of Viipuri moved to Porvoo, after the Russian occupation of Viipuri.
