Ingleside is a suburb in northern Sydney, in the state of New South Wales, Australia. Ingleside is located 28 kilometres north of the Sydney central business district, in the local government area of Northern Beaches Council. Ingleside is part of the Northern Beaches region, about 2 kilometres from the coast at Mona Vale. Ingleside Heights and Tumbledown Dick are localities in the west of the suburb. The area is mostly semi-rural properties and bushland with increasing housing developments. The Animal Welfare League NSW has two animal shelters in Ingleside.

The Australian Reptile Park is located at Somersby on the Central Coast, New South Wales in Australia. It is about 50 kilometres North of Sydney, and is just off the Sydney-Newcastle Freeway. The park is home to a variety of reptiles, including snakes, lizards and crocodiles, as well as other Australian animals, such as koalas, kangaroos, cassowaries and Tasmanian devils. The park is heavily involved in snake and spider venom collection for use in the production of Antivenom and is credited for saving the lives of thousands. Queenscliff is a beachside suburb of northern Sydney, in the state of New South Wales, Australia. 31 Jan 2016
Queenscliff suburb was named in honor of Queen Victoria.
Manly Lagoon was originally called Curl Curl Lagoon.
The name Curl Curl appears to be the original Aboriginal name for the Queenscliff.
The four-kilometre (6 mi) stretch between Freshwater Beach and Shelly Beach was declared the Manly -Freshwater World Surfing Reserve.
The Reserve was dedicated in a ceremony at Manly Beach by world surfing champion Kelly Slater accompanied by the Governor of New South Wales, Australia, Professor Marie Bashir.
Freshwater Beach is between Curl Curl and Queenscliff and lies on the Manly to Curl Curl Beach walk.
Aboriginal culture - The area was once home to the Kuring-gai people and evidence of their habitation remains today in the form of rock engravings, open campsites, and rock shelters.
