Agra is part of the tourist/traveler Golden Triangle route. Is it a city on the banks of the Yamuna river in the northern state of Uttar Pradesh. Agra's history is long and RICH!
The special Indian art featured here in marble inlay or Pietra Dura Mosaic or Parchin Kari or Parchinkari was used to make the Taj Mahal engravings.
The other is Indian embroidery known as Zari (elaborate golde thread embroidery).
It is a blessing to be able to witness the dying arts of Agra in-person. The patience, passion, and love put into each piece is awe-inspiring. I hope you got to take away an appreciation for the beautiful arts that exist in India from this video.
Namaste.
