You will love the large walk in pantry and the 7 foot roll out spice and condiment cabinet. The laundry room is adjacent to the kitchen with front loading washer and dryer and work area. The Master suite has two large walk-in closets, granite countertops with dual vanities including a sit down vanity, a two person travertine tile shower with 4 shower heads and separate controls.
The home and site were extensively remodeled between 1999 and 2008 with many built in decorative features. The attractive coffered beam ceilings on the 2nd floor are fully detailed in crown molding. Most interior walls were stripped to the studs and shear walls added along with countless bolts and straps. Items replaced were cedar siding, new stucco over brick exterior, real wood doors, solid cherry cabinets, all appliances, all windows, plumbing, wiring, an extra strong metal roof, driveway, walks, patio, plantings, a new sprinkler systems. All new carpet replaced in July 2013. With the help of the 13 ceiling fans and the 3 individual HVAC systems this home stays balanced and comfortable.
Out back, swim off the dock in 2-5 feet warm and inviting water. The depth change is very gradual making it safe and fun for children and adults of all ages. Bay front living offers a variety of water related activities and views such as vessels of all types traveling the waterways including sailboat races, paddle boarding, skiing and wave runners and my very favorite watching the porpoise play!!! And let us never forget how gorgeous the water is at night as the moon and the night lights of the area dance along the water.
