1. Bardenas Reales de NavarraTudela The Bardenas Reales is a semi-desert natural region, or badlands, of some 42,000 hectares in southeast Navarre . The soils are made up of clay, chalk and sandstone and have been eroded by water and wind creating surprising shapes, canyons, plateaus, tabular structures and isolated hills, called cabezos. Huesca is a great place in the North East of Spain. In this video, the places we went to are Sierra de Guara (Canyoning - starting from Rodellar), los Mallos de Riglos (Hidrospeed - starting from near Murillo de Gállego), the Pyrenees (Skiing - at Astún). Hiking was in both Sierra de Guara and los Mallos de Riglos, but the best hiking in Huesca starts from Torla, which has access to Ordessa y Monte Perdido National Park.
