1.Chelavara Falls
Chelavara Falls, which is popularly known as Embepare, is a beautiful fall located about 26 km from Madikeri. In local language, Embepare means tortoise rock. This waterfall is just 2 km away form Choma Kund Hill, which can also be visited by tourists.
2.Mandalpatti Hills
Mandalpatti hills are located at a distance of about 35 km from Madikeri town in Coorg (Kodagu) District and It is one of Coorg's best tourist spots. Mandalpatti is located near Madikeri on the way to abbi falls.
3.Madikeri Fort
Madikeri Fort was first founded by Mudduraja in the second half of the 17th century. He also built a palace inside the fort. It was eventually rebuilt in granite by Tipu Sultan who named the site as Jaffarabad.
4.Abbey Falls
Abbey Falls is in Kodagu, in the Western Ghats in Karnataka. It is located 8 km from the Madikeri, 122 km from Mysore, 144 km from Mangalore and 268 km from Bangalore. The river is part of the early reaches of the river Kaveri.

The Hanagodu Dam is about 14 kms from Hunsur. Lakshmanatheertha River is a tributary of River Cauvery and it originates in the Brahmagiri Hills and later joins Cauvery at Krishna Raja Sagar (KRS) Dam in Mandya district.

Ganalu Falls near Bangalore at Ganalu, Malvalli tourism Mandya tourism Karnataka tourism,Ganalu waterfalls located at Ganalu, Malavalli Taluk, Mandya District, Karnataka .The Shimsha river flows down to form the Ganalu Waterfalls. It is surrounded by rocky terrain, and requires little bit of trek to reach the final place. The Shimsha river further flows down towards Shimshapura Hydro Electric Plant . This place is accessible to an extent by two wheelers and and not much by four wheeler. The path to the waterfall is a narrow mud road. It is a lesser known waterfall. Not many people are around this waterfall other than locals and bikers. The waterfalls comes to life by the month of October. The view of the rocky surface of the waterfall area is equally interesting to visit, to see the kind of rough surface. One needs to be cautious while ascending and descending towards the water fall. As the rocky surface can be dangerous in case of even minor mishaps.
Distance between Bangalore and Ganalu Falls is 99 kms. It is located 45 KM from Mandya , 15 KM from Malvalli and 69 Kms from Mysore.
