PELLING 3 Days Trip | Pelling Sightseeing | West Sikkim Tourism
Pelling is a small town in West Sikkim. Pelling is popular for its jaw-dropping view of Mount Kanchenjunga, the 3rd highest peak in the World. People are coming and visit this beautiful place from all around the World. The distance of Pelling from NJP is approximately 135 km. You can get private cabs or shared taxi from Siliguri or NJP railway station for Pelling. Jeep service / cab service also available from Gangtok. This little town is situated at an altitude of 6,800 ft.
You can visit Pelling for minimum 3 days to cover some of the top sightseeing places around it. We visited the following top Pelling sightseeing spots.
#1. Kanchenjunga Waterfalls
#2. Khecheopalri Lake
#3. Singshore Bridge
#4. Helipad Ground
#5. Ravangla Buddha Park
Though there are 2-3 spots where you can also visit if you have extra 1 day. Pelling Tourism is improving day by day. The cab / taxi service is very good from Pelling Tourism. You can also book hotels, cars in advance from Pelling Tourism office.
Our this 3 Days short trip to Pelling is a budget trip and anyone can do it with a very minimun of budget. West Sikkim is very close to Mount Kanchenjunga, so we can get the very close look of this massive mountain from Pelling Town. Though we unable to see the mountain for long as it was cloudy at that time.

How to reach Pelling: - You can easly acces Pelling by air or by road. By Air you get two airports one is in Gangtok Pakyong Airport and another is Bagdogra. By road you can also reach pelling from Siliguri or New Jalpaiguir Railway Station. Lot of Taxi is available in both of railway station. You can also reach Pelling from gangtok, Namchi,Ravangla, Kalimpomg.
