Here we offer a 4-5 bed cortijo of 300m2 on 7500m2 land in Antas and only 15 mins from the beach and 5 minutes from Vera Town where you will find all amenities. Beautiful marble stairs with artisan created balustrade leads to the mezzanine floor (angled so as to still be private) with a door on to the expansive wraparound roof terrace with amazing 360º panoramic views. This space is currently used as two double bedroom areas and could easily be divided by the addition of a partition wall. There is a large bathroom with bath and shower.

Vera is the commercial centre of the area and a 5 minute drive and offers fine restaurants, Saturday market, Chain supermarkets (including an Iceland), Boutiques, themed shops and outlets, All the various, banks, excellent sporting facilities, open air cinema and much more.

The hotel consists of 3 buildings, located right next to each other. The hotel was renovated in 2015, keeping the historically relevant façade. Premium Rooms are located in building A, the main building right at the sea front. The other rooms are located in the 2 buildings in Calle Barcelona. All rooms are equipped with A/C, private bathroom with shower, TV and free of charge WIFI Internet connection. Sea views are available from some rooms. Thanks to its advantageous location right in the center of Ibiza, Ryans la Marina is well communicated by any means of transportation or foot. Ferries to Formentera, Talamanca, Playa d’en Bossa, Valencia, Denia, Barcelona are in walking distance, the bus to the airport, to San Antonio, Santa Eulalia or any other place of the island and the taxi stand is only 50m away. The closest beach, Talamanca, about 1km away, can be reached by a small water taxi in a couple of minutes. There are also bigger ferries to the beaches Figueretas, Playa d’en Bossa, Es Canar and Formentera. The Marina district and Ibiza town offer a wide variety of entertainment and shopping possibilities, besides pharmacies, cinema, and anything else that lets the guests enjoy their time in Ibiza.
