Ground floor
The front door opens into a corridor (with exposed stone wall) that runs the length of the house and that provides access to all of the ground floor living space. To the right a doorway opens to the kitchen (13 sq m) with tiled floor, part-tiled wall, exposed beam ceiling and windows overlooking the rear garden. Next to this a door from the hall opens to the living room (30 sq m) with tiled floor, exposed beam ceiling, exposed stone wall and stone fireplace. Further down the hall a door opens to a bedroom (15 sq m) with tiled floor, exposed beam ceiling and an exposed stone wall.
To the left of the entrance the corridor provides access to another bedroom (16 sq m) with exposed beam ceiling and an exposed stone wall. Further along the hall is a large room (20 sq m) with tiled floor and a range of kitchen units. This room is currently used as a dining room / kitchen for use by the B&B guests. Off this room a door opens to a room (13 sq m) with a door to the garden. This room is currently used as the main entrance / reception area for the B&B guests. Also off the corridor there is a ground floor shower room (shower, twin wash-basin and WC) with plumbing for a washing machine.
First floor
A flight of tiled stairs lead from the ground floor to the first floor landing (with exposed stone wall). Up here are three further bedrooms (25 sq m, 23 sq m and 20 sq m) - each with ensuite shower rooms.
Grounds
The house sites on a plot of 1929 m2. To the front is an attractive area of lawn. To the rear is another area of lawn and beyond this is an open hanger - a good distance from the house and ideal for storing cars/caravans out of sight. A part of the garden has been screened off to provide a more private garden area for guests.
