Rendeux is a Walloon municipality of Belgium located in the province of Luxembourg. On 1 January 2007 the municipality, which covers 68.83 km², had 2,274 inhabitants, giving a population density of 33 inhabitants per km². The municipality consists of the following sub-municipalities: Rendeux proper, Beffe, Hodister, and Marcourt. The village of Rendeux lies in the valley of the River Ourthe in an area which attracts visitors both for its natural environment and for such nearby medieval villages as La Roche and Durbuy.

  • 1. Mardasson Memorial Bastogne
    The Mardasson Memorial is a monument honoring the memory of American soldiers wounded or killed during World War II's Battle of the Bulge. Designed in the shape of a five-pointed American star, it is located near Bastogne in the Luxembourg province of Belgium. The first step toward the memorial was undertaken on July 4, 1946, with the presentation of some earth from the site to U.S. President Harry Truman. Dedication was on July 16, 1950.
