My personal Top 5 Things to do in Belize | What to do in Belize
Belize is a gorgeous country nestled on the Caribbean coast under the Riviera Maya of Mexico and the northern states of Guatemala. Being in Latin America, Belize is the odd one out. The primary language here is English and the lifestyle in Belize is very reggae, very Caribbean and very relaxed, with a lot of things to do. So, the question is, you are visiting Belize, what to do in Belize when you are there? Luckily for you, no matter what you are into, you will find many things to do in Belize, and I have narrowed it down to my personal Top 5 Things to do in Belize. If you believe I missed a few things to do in Belize then please write them in the comments.
Top things to do in Belize.
Visit San Ignacio, Belize. Great little town up in the hills with ruins and other extreme things to do. Visit the Belize Cayes of Ambergris and Caulker and enjoy the slow way of life. See some of the Mayan Ruins in Belize and definitely either go snorkeling or diving off the Belizean Coast!
There are lot of other things to do in Belize, other than listed so do your research but I tried to touch on a few different things that will appeal to the traveller going through Belize, and the vacationers relaxing in Belize.

Exploring Baja California, Mexico
Baja California was somewhere I’ve always wanted to visit, filmmaker Joshua Cowan says. The sliver of land that stretches 775 miles along the western coast of Mexico is chock full of secluded spots that would be country-wide highlights anyplace else. Cowan hung out in hot springs, surfed on deserted, world-class beaches, went fishing in the bright blue waters off the coast, and trekked the peninsula's jungles.
The jagged coastlines, the staggering landscapes, and the breathtaking sunsets are a sight to behold. Fortunately enough, Cowan brought along his camera.

San Ignacio, Belize | Canon 80D | Virtual Trip
San Ignacio is the second biggest city in Belize, after Belize City.
The town is located near the guatemalan border and is surrounded by the Macal river, mountains and jungle.. we can find there two mayan ruins: Cahal Pech and Xunantunich.. It's the perfect place to discover Belize, its landscape and population.

Mayan Underworld, Crystal Cave - San Ignacio, Hun Chi'ik Tours
The best tours in the world :
I join a tour with Hun Chi'ik Tours in San Ignacio, Belize to visit the mystical Crystal Cave (Cow Mountain)
We start the tour by hiking through the steamy jungle, I film my first Blue Morpho Butterfly. We then descend into the Mayan Underworld, going 150 metres down into the cave system, that have been used for ceremony since ancient times. Maya shamans and priests would enter into trance in crystal cave to conduct their ceremonies and rituals. We see huge caverns adorned with spelothems and crystalline formation, artifacts of pottery, beads, obsidian blades and human skeletal remains that have been calcified in the limestone floor.
Crystal Cave is located in the Blue Hole National Park. After exploring the realms of the Under world (xibalba), we hike back to the vehicle and drive for five minutes to the Blue Hole for a refreshing swim.

Mexico Travels: Nuevo Vallarta, Marietas Islands - Hidden Beach, Sayulita - DJI Drone GoPro
We don’t typically go the resort route but a little treasure of an island caught our eye online a few months ago so we decide to try something different.
The Hidden Beach is inside a sinkhole located on Marietas Islands. You can get to the the Hidden Beach / Marietas Islands from a few places including Puerto Vallarta, Sayulita and Punta de Mita.
From talking to locals we learned that there used to be no restriction on how many people could visit the Hidden Beach per day, unfortunately the beach became trashed with beer cans and carne asada pollution (direct quote from a taxi driver), so the National Commission of Natural Protected Areas (CONANP) put the island on time-out for some cleanup and preservation work.
Getting to this beach was challenging on many levels but we made it and it was so worth it. With day trips to Sayulita and Puerto Vallarta on the side, this trip did not disappoint.
