Santurtzi is a port town in the province of Biscay, in the autonomous community of Basque Country, Spain. It is located in the Bilbao Abra bay, near the mouth of the Nervión river, on its left bank, 14 km downriver from Bilbao and forms part of the Greater Bilbao agglomeration. It has a population of 47,320 and a land area of 6.77 km². The district of Santurce of the city of San Juan, Puerto Rico derives its name from Santurtzi.

Gaztelugatxe is an islet on the coast of Biscay belonging to the municipality of Bermeo, Basque Country . It is connected to the mainland by a man-made bridge. On top of the island stands a hermitage , dedicated to John the Baptist, that dates from the 10th century, although discoveries indicate that the date might be the 9th century. With another small neighboring island, Aketx, they form a protected biotope that extends from the town of Bakio until Cape Matxitxako, on the Bay of Biscay.

The park belongs to Cantur, a company whose purpose is the promotion of tourism and which is owned by the Government of Cantabria. Cabárceno Park has two roles: one is the conservation of endangered species and the other is environmental education.

New Tourism Office of Bilbao / Nueva Oficina de Turismo - Bulego Berria

Bilbao ha abierto su nueva oficina de turismo en el centro de la ciudad, en la Plaza Circular junto a la estación de Abando. Atenderá a los visitantes en siete idiomas diferentes los 365 días del año, en horario de nueve de la mañana a nueve de la noche con información de la ciudad y de todo el territorio histórico de Bizkaia.

Spainish Passenger Railway Services (Bilbao/Santander area)

Spent a couple of weeks in Spain recently and managed to persuade Mrs B to stop off at a couple of railway stations. There are two separate films, this one of Passenger services and another one Freight Services (c0ming soon).
This film contains the local RENFE service between Santurtzi and Bilbao Abando - 09:06 service Commuter Series 447 (172M), and the FEVE narrow gauge between Maliano and Valle Real near Santander.

Exploring summer night streets - Hookers

Imagine a supermarket. There are a departements for vegetables, meats, fishes, and snack. There is a departement for potato chips* and there are different kind and form of chips: classic, spicy, sour, long, thiny, sea salt, corn, cheese. You can't taste, you must choose looking the package, there is a colored, transparent, big, little, tube, bag.
Every time you can try a different potatoes chips kind. Only thing is you can't know if are good until you eat it.
In the street is same.
*potatoes or potatoes chips (patata o patatina) in italian slang means female reproductive organ.

I love go on supermarket and observe the goods, choose quietly and buy.
