Sapareva Banya is a town in southwestern Bulgaria, part of Kyustendil Province. As Ancient Germania , a former bishopric, it is a Latin Catholic titular see. It is located at the north foot of the Rila mountain 15 km east of Dupnitsa. The town is known for its hot mineral and clear mountain water, as well as the geyser in the town centre that sprang forth in 1957.

The Monastery of Saint Ivan of Rila, better known as the Rila Monastery is the largest and most famous Eastern Orthodox monastery in Bulgaria. It is situated in the southwestern Rila Mountains, 117 km south of the capital Sofia in the deep valley of the Rilska River at an elevation of 1,147 m above sea level, inside of Rila Monastery Nature Park. The monastery is named after its founder, the hermit Ivan of Rila , and houses around 60 monks. Founded in the 10th century, the Rila Monastery is regarded as one of Bulgaria's most important cultural, historical and architectural monuments and is a key tourist attraction for both Bulgaria and Southern Europe. In 2008 alone, it attracted 900,000 visitors. The monastery is depicted on the reverse of the 1 lev banknote, issued in 1999.

The Pirin Mountains are a mountain range in southwestern Bulgaria, with Vihren at an altitude of 2,914 m being the highest peak. One hypothessis is the mountain was named after Perun, the highest god of the Slavic pantheon and the god of thunder and lightning. Another version is that the etymology of the range derives from the Thracian word Perinthos, meaning Rocky Mountain. The range extends about 80 km from the north-west to the south-east and is about 40 km wide, spanning a territory of 2,585 km2 . Locating close to Sofia, 7 Rila Lakes are amazing lakes on Rila Mountains(Rila National Park).
Starting from Сапарева баня(Sapareva Banya), it's a great hiking with trail routes after taking the ski lift.
This is one of the best sites in Bulgaria.

소피아 근교에 위치한 7릴라호수는 릴라산(릴라국립공원) 위에 위치한 아름다운 경관을 가진 호수이다.
싸빠레바 반야에서 출발하여 리프트를 탄 후 등산로를 따라 트래킹.
