Bahrain's Best Beaches: Art Rotana & The Ritz Carlton
There are several beaches in Bahrain, though not as many as you would expect for an island. We decided to check out the two private hotel beaches at Amwaj's Art Rotana and The Ritz Carlton. Both were absolutely beautiful and sectioned off from the open sea (presumably to keep tourists safe from the sea life), although I did manage to unintentionally disturb a crab from his hiding place at Art Rotana. Here are a couple of scenes from our two visits. Believe it or not, when we went, the weather was warm, but rather chilly for swimming (it is still winter here!). Just a notice that for the majority (if not all) of the hotels require you to purchase day passes to enjoy the facilities.
