Visit West Timor, Indonesia: A Unique Traditional Welcome Ceremony in Lo'o Mota Village
The small village of Lo'o Mota gave us a wonderful and traditional welcome ceremony; once reserved for headhunters returning home victorious carrying heads of their enemy.
No heads today but they did kill a chicken in our honor (NOT in the video).

Here is my second installment from our trip to Indonesia. Unfortunately due to plane delays our time in Palu was cut short and we were only able to get in one day of adventure!.
In this video, you will see footage from Talise Beach and Tanjung Karang. Although very short, Palu and this day ended up being one of my favourites :)
In April I was invited by the Ministry of Tourism of Indonesia with 20 other travel journalists and media to discover Sulawesi and all its hidden beauty!

MYANMAR in 3 Minutes // Two weeks in this beautiful country
If this video doesn't make you go to Myanmar, then I don't know what will :) The country is so amazing and I am so happy we decided to plan our world trip around it. We started in Yangon, watched sunrise over the pagodas in Bagan, did the famous trek from Kalaw to Inle Lake and spent some days in Mandalay.
If you ever get the chance to visit Myanmar then go! The people are amazing and it's so unique.

Wat Phra Kaew, or else known as Temple of the Emerald Buddha, is located on the grounds of the Grand Palace in Bangkok. It is the most revered Buddhist shrine in Thailand.
The Temple was completed in 1784, but the statue of the Emerald Buddha has much longer history, going back to beautiful legends.

Highlights from my trip out west to the inland northwest and Glacier National Park.
