Tremelo is a municipality located in the Belgian province of Flemish Brabant, in Flanders. The municipality comprises the towns of Baal and Tremelo proper. On January 1, 2006, Tremelo had a total population of 13,725. The total area is 21.57 km² which gives a population density of 636 inhabitants per km². The Musée Hergé, or Hergé Museum, is a museum in Belgium dedicated to the life and work of the Belgian cartoonist Georges Remi , who wrote under the pen name Hergé, creator of the series of comic albums, The Adventures of Tintin. The museum is located in the town of Louvain-la-Neuve in Wallonia to the south of Brussels at the address, Rue Labrador 26, Tintin's first home in the books. It was designed by the French architect Christian de Portzamparc, with interiors designed by cartoonist Joost Swarte. The first stone was laid May 2007 during the centenary of Hergé's birth and it opened in June 2009. It consists of three floors with a total of nine exhibition rooms, and a café, museum shop and mini cinema.

Para mucha gente Dinant es la ciudad mas bonita de toda Bélgica.
De esta ciudad destaca la bella estampa de la Colegiata de Notre Dame reflejada sobre el río Mosa. El templo, construido a finales del siglo 15 sobre tres naves, destaca por las enormes vidrieras del interior, una de las mas grandes de Europa. A espaldas de la colegiata sobre un enorme peñón, se asienta la Ciudadela de Dinant.

Construida en el siglo 11 la función principal de esta ciudadela es que no fuera tomada por el enemigo. Yo no se si esta ciudadela era inexpugnable por la robustez de sus muros y la valentía de sus solados o por los más de 400 de escalones que el enemigo tenía que subir, porque si tienes que subir toda esta interminable escalera cargado con armas, cuando llegas a la puerta de la ciudadela caes abatido de puro agotamiento. Por suerte, a las tropas enemigas no les instalaron este cómodo funicular en el puedes subir a la ciudadela y donde poder disfrutar las mejores vistas de Dinant.

Cuando estés paseando por las calles de Dinant vas a encontrar encontrar saxofones en todos los lugares. En los puentes, en las farolas, en las estatuas en las plazas, decorando las calles, adornando casas, pintados en los muros... ¿extraño verdad?. Os voy a decir la verdad, tengo la sospecha que Dinant tiene algo que ver con los saxofones. Llámalo corazonada, intuición o sexto sentido. Pero en esta ciudad hay algún tipo de conexión con lo saxofones. Pues sí, aquí en Dinant, en la región Valona nació el inventor del saxofón. En 1814 en esta casa nació Adolphe Sax quien en 1840 inventa el saxofón y por lo que se puede ver en esta ciudad no se han olvidado de recordar que tan importante instrumento fue creado en Dinant.

Dejamos Dinant pero no abandonamos la cuenca del río Mosa, la cual nos lleva a Namur, la capital de la Región Valona.
Namur es uno de los asentamientos más antiguos de Bélgica y gracias a la red fluvial, esta ciudad es desde la edad media un importante centro comercial y político. Aparte por su situación geoestratégica, la conquistas de Namur por los imperios que dominaros en Europa constituía una pieza clave de la estrategia militar, de ahí que esta ciudad de dotara de una ciudadela la cual es hoy un museo de la historia y el mejor lugar para contemplar Namur.

Voy a coger una bicicleta y recorrer la ribera del río Mosa hasta el museo de la fresa de Namur un museo único donde con el precio de la entrada puedes visitar este jardín de los pequeños frutos. En estas de 35 hectáreas vas a encontrar moras, arándanos, frambuesas, grosellas, fresas y así hasta 20 especies de pequeñas frutas cultivadas de manera ecológica y que puedes comer directamente desde la planta tantos frutos como tu estómago esté capacitado de albergar.
