Tzimol is a town and one of the 119 Municipalities of Chiapas, in southern Mexico. As of 2010, the municipality had a total population of 14,009, up from 11,925 as of 2005. It covers an area of 32.3 km². As of 2010, the town of Tzimol had a population of 5,112. Other than the town of Tzimol, the municipality had 119 localities, the largest of which were: San Vicente la Mesilla , classified as urban, and Ochusjob , and Héroes de Chapultepec , classified as rural.
