The Beauty Of Switzerland – By Drone In 4K | Flims Laax Schweiz Reisetipps
Switzerland is just an amazing country! Lush and colorful meadows and breathtaking mountains. We were in Graubünden for a few days. More specifically in Flims and Laax and had beautiful weather for the trip. We filmed for you this Switzerland highlights and must dos with the drone. We did some great hiking, climbing, cycling, exploring turquoise lakes and tasting the culinary delights.

FUN FACT: Shortly after filming the Martinsloch, the impressive hole in the mountain range, Martins drone lost connection an crashed into the mountains. Here you can see the spectacular footage and the rescue of the SD Card

Die Schweiz ist einfach wunderschön. Duftende, farbenfrohe Wiesen und atemberaubende Berge. Wir waren ein paar Tage in Graubünden unterwegs. Genauer gesagt in Flims und Laax und haben uns die Gegend bei herrlichem Wetter angeschaut. Dabei haben wir für dich diese Schweiz Highlights und Sehenswürdigkeiten mit der Drohne festgehalten.
Wir haben die tollsten Wanderungen gemacht, waren Klettern, Radfahren, entdeckten türkisfarbene Seen und haben die kulinarischen Köstlichkeiten probiert.

Swiss Railway Journeys - The RhB Vereina Line
Join us for an exploration of the Rhaetian railway's most recently opened route, the Vereina line, which connects the Engadine and Rhine valleys. This has been made possible by the excavation of the longest metre gauge tunnel in the world, and we join in the celebrations to mark this historic event.
We begin our journey at Scuol, where we make a leisurely stroll around the picturesque old village centre with its traditional architecture, before boarding the train to travel through the beautiful Engadine valley as far as the tunnel. We see the excavation of this bore at various stages including the breakthrough, before journeying through to emerge at the world-famous resort of Klosters.
A winter diversion to Davos allows us to experience the various sporting possibilities on offer in this noted region, before travelling through the sun and snow back to Klosters.
We change seasons again for a summer ride through the Prättigau, which gives us the opportunity to enjoy this wonderful region to the full as we pass through lush countryside with traditional wooden chalets and barns.
Journey's end is at Landquart, where we pay a visit to the Rhaetian railways depot. An experience not to be missed by all lovers of this most popular Swiss railway.

Swiss Railway Journeys - RhB Davos Line
Join us on a ride along the Rhaetian Railway's scenic metre gauge Davos Line from Landquart to Davos and Filisur in south eastern Switzerland, along the Prättigau and Landwasser valleys.
We begin our autumn journey at Landquart, where the RhB makes a connection with the Swiss Federal Railway's main line, before taking the little red train through farming countryside. Along the way we pause at the traditional village of Saas and visit the internationally famous winter sports resort of Klosters, playground of the British royal family.
We look at the history of the RhB, and join in special celebrations to mark the centenary of the line, including an excursion hauled by the original locomotive No.1 Rhatia, double heading with loco 107, 100 years to the day from the opening of the route, but this time in snow.
We pause to look at the town of Davos, now a sporting and conference venue, although originally famous as a health resort. We change trains to continue the journey along the wild route to Filisur, through numerous tunnels cut into the mountainside, and over the spectacular Wiesen viaduct.
Journey's end is at the charming village of Filisur, where it is possible to make a connection with the Rhaetian Railway's Albula Line.

Die frühen Minuten eines neuen Morgens, wenn das Licht sich noch nicht richtig heraustraut und die Welt gewissermaßen die Restart-Taste drückt. Vielleicht kann man an diesen kurzen Augenblicken schon festmachen, was alpines Lebensgefühl bedeutet. In der Stadt hört man zu dieser Tageszeit die ersten Autofahrer hupen. Und noch bevor man überhaupt aufgestanden ist, weiß man schon, was gleich kommen wird: Stop-and-Go im Auto, Gedränge in der U-Bahn, Eile, Hektik, Herzrasen. Und in den Bergen?
Kleine Momente des Innehaltens
In den Bergen beginnt der Tag anders. Mit dem Zwitschern der Vögel in den Bäumen hinterm Haus. Mit dem Läuten der Kapellenglocke. Mit dem Geruch nach Wald und Wiese, der durch das geöffnete Fenster zieht. Und dem Wissen, dass der Tag hier draußen immer wieder kleine Momente des Innehaltens bringen wird: Da wären der Zwei-Minuten-Plausch mit dem Briefträger, der einem entgegengeradelt kommt, das Gleißen des Gletschers beim Blick aus dem Fenster, der Geruch von gemähtem Heu.
Alpines Lebensgefühl: Realität statt Buzzword
Was ist das nun genau, dieses „alpine Lebensgefühl“? Eine Einstellung? Aber ja. Ein Lebensstil? Ganz bestimmt. Die Gewissheit, hier und jetzt am richtigen Fleck zu sein? Natürlich. Etwas, das die Natur und die Berge in uns auslösen? Auf jeden Fall! Man bekommt die unterschiedlichsten Antworten, wenn man Menschen fragt, die sich für das Leben in den Alpen entschieden haben. Die zurückgekommen sind aus der Stadt, weil sie die Ruhe und Klarheit der Alpen vermisst haben – oder gar nicht erst fortgegangen waren. Es sind Menschen, denen das Miteinander in der Dorfgemeinschaft wichtig ist. Die nach Feierabend mit dem Rad lieber über Wiesen nach Hause fahren als durch Industriegebiete. Die von der Kraft der Berge schwärmen und der Frische der Luft und der Stille des Waldes – und die am Wochenende nicht erst ins Auto steigen möchten, bevor sie irgendwo ankommen, wo man das kann: in der Natur. Die durchatmen wollen. Und Ruhe finden. Und Mensch sein wollen.
