Faux Falls is a man made waterfall built in 1981. The water flows to Ken's Lake, which was also built in 1981. The trail is easy and mostly flat. There is no shade so bring water. There is a parking for hikers, near the campground.

Bartlett Wash Moab Utah | A Slick Rock Playground
Bartlett Wash in Moab Utah is a slick rock skatepark perfect for bikes. This freeride area is a massive sandstone slick rock slab worn and weathered by the ancient waters and now amazingly fun for exploring. The surface of the rock is grippy but solid. There are drops everywhere and plenty of places to get in the air and to scare yourself. Of particular note is Mushroom Drop which you may have seen far better riders hit. We don't even touch it, but we do talk about how massive it is. Props to Nate Hills, Kyle Mears and all the other crazy guys who hit this. This video was shot on my gopro hero4 and my samsung s8 and with my parrot bebop2 drone.

After seeing a large bright blue body of water in the middle of the Moab, Utah desert while flying, I decided to go on a road trip from California to Utah to check it out. This is my journey of finding the giant pool/pond and learning what it is. I also go on a hike to Corona arch in Moab, Utah. The place where people used to rope swing off of.
