Famous Graves - Eldrige Cleaver, Mack Robinson And Others At Mountain View Cemetery, CA
FAMOUS GRAVE TOUR - I just visited the graves of black author and activist Eldridge Cleaver, Olympic athlete Mack Robinson and actor Raymond Vitte, at the Mountain View Cemetery in Altadena, California.
I didn't know that the annual Pasadena Black History Month parade was taking place today, so it was a pleasant surprise to be able to watch the parade from the entrance to the cemetery. The parade starts at the cemetery, at the corner of Fair Oaks Blvd., and ends at Robinson park in Pasadena.
I can't think of a better way to celebrate African American and Black History month than in a cemetery, with the famous people who helped to change history and make the world a better place.
RIP Eldridge Cleaver, Mack Robinson, Raymond Vitte!

Pasadena residents can take care of forms and permits as well as inquire about city services and payments. Photography of the building is popular. Many photographers and couples inquire about getting permits for photographing their wedding photos at the Pasadena City Hall as well as other places around the city of Pasadena that are rustic and old like places with brick backgrounds and old stone. The grounds has a courtyard in the middle with a picturesque fountain that's also great to photograph as well as flowers in the garden. Even the stairwells and hallways are fun to take pictures of.
Pasadena City Hall wedding photography info ( ): Permits are no longer required to take wedding party photos on premises. Check out the city link for more information.
When visiting city hall, check out the Jackie and Mack memorial statue across the street. They are located on the grass patch facing the building. There is a little informational where you can learn about the public art works. Another thing to consider when visiting Pasadena is parking. At the Pasadena city hall and surrounding areas, parking is normally an hour and now taken care of via pay stations located around the area. Make sure to place your parking ticket stub on the Driver's side dashboard and note the time. The parking enforcement in Pasadena is pro-active and always patrolling as seen in the video.

Iron Mountain teaser
According to John Robinson, author of Trails of the Angeles, 8007 foot Iron Mountain is by far the least accessible peak in the San Gabriels....No trail approaches its isolated summit , and to climb it you must start miles away and thousands of feet below. In this local hiking legend's view, Big Iron is the most strenuous one-summit hike in the entire San Gabriel range.
Heaton Flat to Iron Mountain Trail is strenuous but promises some of the most spectacular panoramic views in the San Gabriel Mountains. Follow the East Fork Trail about 0.8 mile to the beginning of the Heaton Flat Trail. The Heaton Flat Trail will take you to a saddle within 2.5 miles of the summit of Iron Mountain. Travel the ridgeline from there to the top.

Listening is a more natural way of learning, when compared to reading. Written language only began at around 3200 BC, but spoken language has existed long ago.
Learning by listening is a great way to:
- increases imagination and understanding
- improves your listening skills
- improves your own spoken accent
- learn while on the move
- reduce eye strain
Now learn the vast amount of general knowledge available on Wikipedia through audio (audio article). You could even learn subconsciously by playing the audio while you are sleeping! If you are planning to listen a lot, you could try using a bone conduction headphone, or a standard speaker instead of an earphone.

In 1976, Japan presented 53 bonsai trees to the United States as a Bicentennial gift.
