A Trip to the Museum of Transportation in St. Louis/Kirkwood, MO 4/16/16
Sorry that haven't been active on the channel for a while now. I've been losing motivation to make and publish videos on Youtube. But now I got my motivation back, and I'll be uploading many videos as I can and as soon as possible!
This video was took on 4/16/16, or April 16, 2016, me, my dad, and my sister went out to the Museum of Transportation in the St. Louis/ Kirkwood, MO area. Lots of foreign steam and diesel locomotives, and even some fancy old cars from the 1930-70's(which I didn't get photos of until the next part coming soon;) ), the area where the museum is was once the Illinois Terminal and Missouri Pacific Railway Barret Station, which was once a busy passenger station back in the mid' 1950's and etc.
This video also has a slideshow of pictures that I took of most locomotives out at the museum that day. Also, sorry that there is no music during the slide show, not because of anything copyright related, but I'm used the YouTube Editor to make this video and I can't put uncopyrighted music in a certain place. But with that being said, enjoy the video, and don't forget the Like, Comment, and SUBSCRIBE!!! for more videos!

St. Louis Museum of Transportation Miniature Train
The miniature train at the St. Louis Museum of Transportation in Kirkwood, Missouri. This was part of my spring break vacation, and the first time I left the state of Michigan in 10 years. The museum is a definent MUST SEE if you are ever in the area. There is a movement to put the museum on a more national spotlight (national register, national engineering monument, etc.) in order to secure more funding and restore more exhibits.
Note in the first scene, that the train crosses the repurposed Kirkland, Missouri turntable. The turntable bridge being used as an actual bridge over a pond. It was nearly scrapped by museum members. The second scene features the main enterance crossing, and it sees quite a bit of traffic to where three to four cars can be stopped at one time. Its funny to watch this mini train hold up traffic.
Texas Transportation Museum visit 1/20/18 (Timestamps in Description)
This is the second time I've been to the Texas Transportation Museum, this time for my birthday, and I had a great time. Last time I went was around Halloween, so it was nice to see things in their default state, without decorations, and also the progress made on the #1 steam locomotive, among other things. It's running, but just needs a little bit more work before it can be returned to regular active service!
Here are some timestamps of the various things at the museum I got to look at on this trip. Lack of audio between 1:11 and 6:22 is intentional.
