Carregal do Sal is a municipality in Viseu District in Portugal. The population in 2011 was 9,835, in an area of 116.89 km².The present mayor is Atílio dos Santos Nunes, elected by the Social Democratic Party. The municipal holiday is the second Monday after the third Sunday of July.

2. Convent of Christ Tomar
The Convent of Christ is a former Roman Catholic convent in Tomar, Portugal. Originally a 12th-century Templar stronghold, when the order was dissolved in the 14th century the Portuguese branch was turned into the Knights of the Order of Christ, that later supported Portugal's maritime discoveries of the 15th century. The convent and castle complex is a historic and cultural monument and was listed as a UNESCO World Heritage site in 1983.

The Monastery of Batalha , literally the Monastery of the Battle, is a Dominican convent in the municipality of Batalha, in the district of Leiria, in the Centro Region of Portugal. Originally, and officially known, as the Monastery of Saint Mary of the Victory , it was erected in commemoration of the 1385 Battle of Aljubarrota, and would serve as the burial church of the 15th-Century Aviz dynasty of Portuguese royalty. It is one of the best and original examples of Late Gothic architecture in Portugal, intermingled with the Manueline style.

Serra da Estrela is the highest mountain range in Continental Portugal. Together with the Serra da Lousã it is the westernmost constituent range of the Sistema Central and also one of the highest in the system. It includes mainland Portugal's highest point at 1,993 metres above mean sea level . This point is not a distinctive mountain summit, but rather the highest point in a plateau, being known as Torre . Torre is an unusual summit in that it is accessible by a paved road. Esta terceira temporada do Portugueses pelo Mundo começa com a capital financeira e do entretenimento do Canadá: Toronto. Uma cidade que é conhecida pela boa qualidade de vida da sua população e o multiculturalismo.

Luís Medeiros, com 34 anos, Jornalista, natural de Carregal do Sal. Leva-nos a conhecer a Omni TV, a primeira estação de televisão multicultural do Canadá. Passeamos pelo bairro de Yorkville, o mais chique da cidade e degustamos um delicioso brunch.

Ana Bailão, com 36 anos, Vereadora, natural de Alenquer. Mostra-nos a Universidade de Toronto e leva-nos a passear pelo bairro Little Portugal. Vamos acompanhá-la no seu primeiro dia de trabalho como Vereadora da Câmara de Toronto.

Pedro Castelo Branco, com 37 anos, Cientista, natural de Coimbra. Guia-nos numa visita ao hospital pediátrico Sickkids onde trabalha. Com o Pedro vamos visitar uma das mais famosas casas de vinho onde é produzido o vinho de gelo e de seguida conduz-nos até as cataratas do Niágara.

Mafalda Silva, com 33 anos, Designer de Moda, natural de Lisboa. Com ela vamos conhecer a Bloor Street, a rua com as lojas das marcas mais importantes do mundo, mas também entraremos numa loja de roupa de segunda mão no mercado de Kensington.

Dalila Pinto, com 38 anos, Investigadora Genética Molecular, natural do Porto. Convida-nos a visitar um dos edifícios emblemáticos do Canadá: a CN Tower. Leva-nos a provar um delicioso chocolate, na antiga destilaria reconvertida num espaço com restaurantes, cafés e galerias, a Distillery District.
