Descrizione:
fabbricato antico cielo/terra indipendente a Muro Leccese nel contesto antico e tipico del centro storico del paese immerso in una zona di case con giardino. Verrà ristrutturato nel rispetto dell'architettura originale peculiare del sud Salento con l'attento impiego di materiali d'origine locale per conservare tutto lo charme genuino del Salento.
La costruzione, interamente realizzata in pietra leccese, è ricca di motivi arcitettonici tipici del luogo quali, ad esempio, l'antico camino e la pavimentazione in pietra, la terrazza (lastrico solare) in coccio pesto e le volte a stella.
Muro Leccese si trova nell'entroterra del Salento del sud a pochi chilometri dal mare ed ad una decina di chilometri da Lecce; il suo centro storico è ricco di antichi palazzi, di splendide chiese barocche, piazze e vicoli molto caratteristici.

Piano terra, ingresso, corte pavimentata con pietra (eventuale sala da pranzo all'aperto), salotto, sala da pranzo, zona separata camino-lettura, parete cucina, zona disimpegno, bagno, camera da letto e II corte esterna.
All'aperto: una zona-corte comune ed un'altra di proprietà. Scala a scendere al piano sottostante, seconda camera da letto e II bagno.
Al piano superiore due lastrici solari (terrazze panoramiche con vista su giardini circostanti) di cui una dotata di pergolato con vista sul paese e dotato di spine per la corrente e collegamento idraulico.

The restauration is carried-on with full respect of the original architecture of Salento. Materials used are original building materials which bring the house back to the original charme of the genuine Salento.
The structure is entirely made of stone from Lecce. The house is rich of typical architectural patterns such as antique fire-places, stone flooring, roof-terrace with original flooring and vaulted ceiling star shaped (star-ceiling).
Muro Leccese is in the up-country of the south Salento at few km from the sea, at approx 10 km from Lecce, a beautiful baroque town. The antique center of Muro Leccese is rich of antique places, charming baroque churches, squares and very peculiar narrow streets.
