Here we see our motorhome in the main square of Maciejowice, Poland, which is located some 80km to the south of Warsaw. I had passed through on many occasions as this is on the road between Warsaw and Kazimierz Dolny and admired the enormous market square which I thought would be a good place to spend the night.
There is a museum in the Town Hall which stands on the main square with a diorama of the 1794 battle. Walking eastwards, we came to an interesting hunting lodge with an exhibition of woodland life.
A battle was fought close to Maciejowice in 1794 which was the last battle of the Kościuszko revolt against Russian rule. Our visit almost coincided with the 220th anniversary of the battle.
There was also a battle here in the summer 1915 between Russian and German forces. On 13 August 1920 during the Polish - Soviet war, a Red Army unit penetrated nearby but was forced back. There was also fighting here on 8 - 9 September 1939 as Polish forces pulled back over the Vistula river. The bridge was then destroyed and still has not been rebuilt.

Film nie jest kompletnym reportażem z dwudniowej imprezy, jest tylko pokazaniem fragmentów tego, co mógł zobaczyć uczestnik imprezy.
Muzeum Sił Powietrznych w Dęblinie
Wizyta z dziećmi w Muzeum Sił Powietrznych w Dęblinie. Znajdziemy w nim wiele samolotów, śmigłowców i sprzętu radiolokacyjnego. Eksponaty są świetnie opisane. Fajne miejsce na wycieczkę z dziećmi. Większość wystawy znajduje się na świeżym powietrzu. Muzeum nieczynne w poniedziałki, a we wtorki wstęp jest darmowy.

Our visit with kids to Aircraft Museum in Dęblin. Lot of planes, helicopters, radiolocation systems. Great place to visit with children. There is a lot of airplanes, helicopters and radar equipment. The exhibits are well described. Nice place for a trip with children. Please note, that most of the exhibition is outdoors. Museum is closed on Mondays and on Tuesdays admission is free.

PART TWO:
Next my bike ride with Martin,distance 48 km on the 27-th of April 2012.Fine sunny weather
it was Friday,usual working day.Start in Wojska Polskiego Street nearby my home.On the way I had a possibility to show the
town centre of Zielona Góra with its Town Hall,Old Market,the pedestrian zone,Bacchus statue,fountain and an old church.
I met Martin at the roundabout,nearby Wyspiańskiego Street.From here we're setting off towards Kisielin,first riding along the railway
line Zielona Góra-Vroclav,next through the forest.Kisielin is a small village situated along the main road Zielona Góra-Zabór.
Soon we both reached Droszków where is a small lake beautifully situated,I filmed it a year ago!It took some time to go through
this village,then we went towards Przytok,wondering wonderful sights of the countryside.In Przytok there's a historical palace with a park
I showed it last year,too.Next we're going through this village nearby the local hotel,and along the forestry road we reached a small village
called Zawada,next going through Krępa,Chynów until we were back in Zielona Góra.Hope u'll enjoy our trip and biking,excellent route

CZĘŚĆ DRUGA:
Tym razem udajemy się z Marcinem przez centrum miasta Zielona Góra w kierunku na Zachód,na trasę Kisielin-Przytok,Wycieczka przy pięknej
słonecznej pogodzie w dniu 27-go kwietnia tego roku.Wycieczka w 3-ch częściach,w pierwszej pokazane jest centrum Zielonej Góry a więc główny deptak,
ratusz,Stary Rynek,pomnik Bachusa,miejscowa fontanna,kościół.Następnie nasza przeprawa przez las aż do Kisielina ,wsi odległej o 10 km od Zielonej Góry.
W drugiej części piękna szosa w kierunku Zaboru,najpierw ostry zjazd wzdłuż Kisielina,potem przepiękne widoki okolic Droszkowa,potem kolejny zjazd
w kierunku Przytoku gdzie znajduje się przepiękny pałac,filmowany przeze mnie w zeszłym roku.Tym razem filmuję wieś i okolicę.Trzecia część to powrót do Zielonej
Góry przez Zawadę(droga szybkiego ruchu),Krępę,Chynów i docieramy z powrotem do Zielonej Góry w pobliżu Trasy Północnej czyli obwodnicy.Tam pożegnanie
z Marcinem a ja udaję się wzdłuż obwodnicy do domu.Wycieczka bardzo ciekawą trasą ,zapraszam do oglądania wszystkich trzech części!Życzę miłych wrażeń,
