This is Juan-les-Pins in Cote d'Azur, France
Juan-les-Pins on Ranskan kaupunki Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azurin alueella Ranskan Rivieralla.
Juan-les-Pins is a town and a health resort and spa in the commune of Antibes, in the Alpes-Maritimes, in southeastern France, on the Côte d'Azur. It is situated between Nice and Cannes, 13 kilometres (8 mi) from Nice Côte d'Azur Airport.
It is a major holiday destination popular with the international jet-set, with casino, nightclubs and beaches, which are made of fine grained sand, and are not straight, but instead are cut with small inlets.

Places Featured:
► Meribel. Part of the 3 valleys (des 3 Vallees). In winter the biggest skiing area in the world, and in summer a great starting point for hikes in the surrounding. We hiked to Col de la Lune (which provided us the great views over the mountains) and then on to our hut for the night.
► We stayed in Le Refuge du Christ. A very nice place, in the middle of nature, friendly people and amazing food!! Definitely recommended. Say hi to the hottub from me ;)
► Horse riding through the local forests and to the lake. Just a 2 hour trail, good for beginners. Ask at the local tourism office for information and tours.
► I asked Savoie Mont Blanc if they could make this trip possible for us, and they did.
All opinions are my own, as always.

Calanques, Cassis tourism ( HD )
Calanques et le village de Cassis limestone cliffs and the town of Cassis in the south of France Limestone and the village of Cassis in Southern France
Travel Videos HD, World Travel Guide
Cassis is a small attractive town in Provence in southern France on the Mediterranean coast. Celebrated for its cliffs and calanques, it is also known for the Cassis wines (white, but also rosé) produced in the region.
A calanque is a narrow, steep-walled inlet that is developed in limestone, dolomite, or other carbonate strata and found along the Mediterranean coast. A calanque is a steep-sided valley formed within karstic regions either by fluvial erosion or the collapse of the roof of a cave that has been subsequently partially submerged by a rise in sea level.
The calanques between Marseille and Cassis are popular amongst tourists and locals alike, offering several vantage points (such as the Corniche des Crêtes and Cap Canaille) allowing spectacular panoramas. A great number of hikers frequent the area, following numerous pre-marked trails. The cliffs are also used as training spots for rock climbers. However, this excessive use has posed problems of potential damage to this delicate microhabitat.
Most of the calanques are also closed to the public during the summer (typically July through September) due to the risks of forest fire that often happen during the dry season.
The best time to visit calanques is probably March through May, when temperatures are still quite fresh and, unlike autumn and winter, rain is usually quite rare. As no fresh water sources are available in the calanques, it is advised to carry large supplies of water, especially during the hot summer to prevent serious dehydration.
Boat tours are also available starting either from Marseille, Cassis or La Ciotat, which can provide for some spectacular sightseeing.
In April 2012, most of the calanques were declared National Parks due to their uniqueness.

South of France Hiking - Calanque de Sugition
Calanque de Sugiton was our favorite hike in this area because of the beautiful and interesting rock formations for scrambling and exploring. If I could pick only one calanque to visit, this would be it.
Details for hike here:
We did this hike late April 2018.
