Praia pequena e deserta: água cristalina em Mangaratiba
Já imaginou curtir uma praia linda, deserta e silenciosa bem pertinho, em Mangaratiba? Essa é a Praia da Ilha do Sahy! A Praia do Sahy, que é bem mansa e boa pra levar crianças, cachorro e papagaio (ou até acampar rs) tem uma ilha bem na frente. O que pouca gente sabe é que quando a maré está baixa, dá pra ir andando/nadando até essa ilha pra curtir o visual! A água tem minério, galhos e algas, porém é limpinha. Ah, CUIDADO COM AS ÁGUAS-VIVAS!

A Day in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil
Rio De Janeiro, Brazil is one of the coolest cities I've ever been to. All of the tourist centers have been updated since the 2016 Olympic games were held there. The topography of the city is breathtaking and the vibe is exciting and energetic.
We visited Copacabana beach, Sugarloaf, the Cristo Redentor and even had the opportunity to see inside a favela.
We definitely recommend leaving any valuables at home on your visit to Rio and to be aware of theft.

La isla Grande (en portugués: Ilha Grande) es una isla de Brasil situada en la bahía del mismo nombre, frente a la costa del estado de Río de Janeiro. Forma parte del municipio de Angra dos Reis.
Su principal área urbana es la Vila do Abraão, con cerca de 3.000 habitantes, conocida como la «capital» de la isla.
Su actividad económica gira en torno a la pesca y, más recientemente, al turismo.

Coastal Paradise: Ilha Grande + Paraty - In A Brazil Minute (Week 148)
- - Ahhh, Costa Verde - the green coast mostly in Rio de Janeiro State, Brazil. Not sure if I have the words to describe how special my time and experience were on the island Ilha Grande and how much I enjoyed my time in the bay of Paraty.
I hope these images will do some justice. Although I already know that I will have to publish longer videos of each place to show you more of what I saw.
But it's almost impossible to convey how it felt to be hiking for hours all alone on challenging steep and slippery trails through the rainforest of Ilha Grande, to take in the views from up high of this green paradise and then to finally reach the beach where Jessica, one of my best friends, was waiting (having taken the boat) and then standing in the ocean, with the waves crashing against my legs, the sound of the surf, the smell of the water, the taste of salty water and the vision of the majestic green hills dipped in rainforest clouds and the vast almost empty beach spread below. The feeling of really being in the moment, the feeling of happiness, the feeling of having just taken up the challenge and earned this moment of joy.
During my Costa Verde trip, Paraty, about 4 hours from Rio, offered a lovely colonial village, a boat tour to visit secluded beaches and to really swim in the warm Atlantic Ocean and last, but not least, long evenings on the little beach in front of our pousada drinking beer from the can and naming all the stray dogs.
Culture, relaxation, stunning nature, wonderful people... If you ever go to Brazil, definitely include some time in Costa Verde!
