Travelling Italy by car for two weeks. These are the best places to visit in Italy. Tons of tourists, Coliseum, pizza, spaghetti, almost lost drone, & roofless Fiat at my birthday.
Itinerary:
Day 1, June 14 – Arrival to Rome Fiumicino Airport (FCO), train to city center, check in ‘Enzo Luxury Rooms’ Hotel, City Sightseeing Bus Tour, Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain.
Day 2, June 15 – ‘Colosseum and Roman Forum’ group tour, city center sightseeing
Day 3, June 16 – ‘Vatican Museum’ early access group tour, city center sightseeing
Day 4, June 17 – Car pick up, drive to ‘Roman Castle Outlet Village’, drive to Minturno, sleepover in Minturno
Day 5, June 18 – Drive to Naples, observation point, Pompeii Archeological Park, drive to Salerno, check in ‘B&B Portarotese'.
Day 6, June 19 – Car drop off, ferry to Positano, Amalfi
Day 7, June 20 – Train to Florence, check in ‘Casa vacanza GRETEL 2’, sunset at Michelangelo hill.
Day 8, June 21 – Florence sightseeing
Day 9, June 22 – ‘Giardino Bardini' garden
Day 10, June 23 – Car pick up, drive through Tuscany midivil hilltop towns, Sienna, car drop off
Day 11, June 24 – Transfer to Barberino Designer Outlet, Florence sightseeing
Day 12, June 25 – Train to Rome, departure from Rome Fiumicino Airport (FCO)
