Ronneby is a locality and the seat of Ronneby Municipality in Blekinge County, Sweden with 12,029 inhabitants in 2010.Ronneby is regarded as the heart of the Garden of Sweden, and in 2005 the park Brunnsparken in Ronneby was voted Sweden's most beautiful park. 2006 the park was voted Europe's 4th most beautiful park. The church Heliga Kors kyrka was founded in the 12th century, modified and extended until the 15th century, and badly damaged during Northern Seven Years' War in the 16th century.

Ale's Stones is a megalithic monument in Scania in southern Sweden. It is a stone ship, oval in outline, with the stones at each end markedly larger than the rest. It is 67 m long formed by 59 large boulders, weighing up to 1.8 tonnes each. The carbon-14 dating system for organic remains has provided seven results at the site. One indicates that the material is around 5,500 years old whereas the remaining six indicate a date about 1,400 years ago. The latter is considered to be the most likely time for Ales Stenar to have been created. That would place its creation towards the end of the Nordic Iron Age.

Stenshuvud is a hill in the southeastern corner of Sweden, in the province of Scania, close to Kivik in Simrishamn Municipality. Since 1986, it is one of the National parks of Sweden. The park covers an area of about 3.9 km2 . The hill is 97 m high and faces the Baltic Sea. Since the surrounding landscape is relatively flat, it can be seen from a great distance and has traditionally been used as a landmark for seafarers. Many visitors trek up the hill to enjoy the view which is very good in clear weather. Most of the area is covered with broadleaf forest, especially European hornbeam. WWIC 2010 - Fieldtrip to one of Sweden's most beautiful waterfalls

The social event of the 8th Wired/Wireless Internet Communications conference in Luleå, Sweden was a visit to Storforsen, Sweden's biggest untamed waterfall.

HIGHLIGHTS OF WINTER AND SPRING IN SWEDEN

In case anyone was wondering: At 2:30 Jacob lost odds and had to snort sugar. Just to make that clear.

Some of the best memories from the last 5 months of my Rotary Youth Exchange in Stockholm, Sweden. Videos and photos are taken between January and May of 2016, and include fotage from Bromma, skating in Kungsträdgården, my weekend trip to Copenhagen, a Halsey concert, my trip to Falun where I went skiing at Romme, my trip to Ronneby, a free concert by The Chainsmokers, my trip to Spain to meet my family, the Rotary Youth Exchange trip to Kiruna (where we saw the Northern Lights, visited the Ice Hotel, and went dogsledding), my trip to Lund and Malmö (Skåne), the cherry blossoms in Kungsträdgården, my trip to Uppsala for Valborg with some of my fabourite people, a trip I took to Öland with my host family where I saw some super cool stars, and some fun times with Jacob and Dana in Sandhamn, and when we stole a boat in Björkogården, and finally another trip to Uppsala where we died Jacob's hair green. All in all, probably the best 5 months of my life, and only 40 days left in Sweden!!?
