Traditional long table banquet of China's Miao ethnic group attracted foreign tourists

A long table banquet was served in Leishan County, SW China, on November 25. It is over 900 meters in length and more than 5,000 people from all over the world joined together and enjoyed traditional Miao ethnic food. A local girl said that it was the first time for them to share long table banquet with foreigners.

Glass Beach as the most COLORFUL place in Fort Bragg, California

Fort Bragg, like many other cities located by the coastline, have been dumping garbage into the ocean. The dumping sites in Fort Bragg functioned from 1906 till 1967 and have accumulated a lot of trash, the heaviest of which, the glass, stayed close to the shore.

As a result the waves started washing out some of the heavy particles, which were influenced by power of water tides and waves, so they didn’t have sharp edges anymore and nowadays look like shiny, colorful glass stones.

So the Glass Beach in California is a great tourism attraction of our time but it should make us think about a lot of things.
