The bar and restaurant of The Lacayo has an eclectic style, amazing views and space for ninety people. The kitchen offers a very nice and selected menu and also offers a daily menu for less than 20 Euros.
You can also enjoy the Restaurant Menu with prices from 20 to 65 Euros. You can also pre-order paella or fideua.
The Lacayo Hotel and Restaurant organize customized group dinners and events up to 100 people.
The restaurant is closed Sunday night and Monday. During the winter months from Tuesday to Thursday dinners are served under booking.
The Lacayo de Sestiello is situated in the little town of Sestiello just 2 km from the village of Grado, very well known for its weekly market. It is also well connected with the centre of Asturias just 10 minutes from the city of Oviedo, 20 minutes from the Airport of Asturias and 20 minutes from the closest beaches such as Salinas, Los Quebrantos in Soto del Barco or El Aguilar in Muros del Nalon.

THE NORTHEN ROUTE TO SANTIAGO DE COMPOSTELA, EL CAMINO DEL NORTE IN ASTURIAS (ESPAÑA - SPAIN)
The Northern coastal Route to Santiago as it passes through Asturias, was used by the first European pilgrims as it followed along a pre-existing route carved out by the local inhabitants thousands of years before especially between the European Coastal communities of the Atlantic Arc. From the dawn of the Jacobean era and due to the Moorish conflicts throughout Spain, this was the safest way to Santiago as only the Cantabric Coastline was free of the domination and attacks by the Moors. Afterwards, between the 12th-13th centuries, the Coastal Route was consolidated as the most popular maritime and overland way to arrive at Santiago.
The Coastal Route in Asturias passes through 23 Councils: Ribadedeva, Llanes, Ribadesella, Caravia, Colunga, Villaviciosa, Gijón, Carreño, Corvera, Avilés, Castrillón, Soto del Barco, Pravia, Muros de Nalón, Cudillero, Valdes, Navia, Coaña, El Franco, Tapia de Casariego, Castropol, Vegadeo y San Tirso de Abres.

La playa playa más pequeña del mundo, asentada en el fondo de una dolina, tiene forma semicircular, de unos 30 metros, y aparece, como en el caso de Gulpiyuri, cerrada al mar por el acantilado. A esta depresión llegan las mareas a través de una serie de grietas talladas en la roca del acantilado. Por este motivo, es idónea para el baño, por la quietud de las aguas.
El entorno tiene un carácter rural y no dispone de servicios o equipamientos. Es, por tanto, un conjunto de enorme valor natural donde el visitante podrá disfrutar de uno de los parajes más bellos del Concejo.
The beach, nestled at the bottom of a sinkhole, is semicircular in shape, about 30 meters, and appears, as in the case of Gulpiyuri closed to the sea by the cliff. In this depression tides come through a series of rock-cut cliff crevices. For this reason, it is ideal for the bathroom, the stillness of the water.
The environment has a rural character and no facilities or equipment. It is therefore a set of great natural value where visitors can enjoy one of the most beautiful spots of the Council.

With almost 1500 kilometers of coastline, Galicia and its Rías (estuaries or bays) are home to almost 700 beaches! Galicia's many coves and beaches are a fantastic place to relax after your journey along the Camino de Santiago. If you are walking the Camino de Santiago in Summer time and have a few of days to spare, venture to the Galician coast, you will not regret it. The Galician Rías are divided in two: Rías Altas (higher estuaries in the North) and Rías Baixas (lower estuaries, in the South).
The best way to access the beaches of Galicia, particularly those not in towns, is by car. However, many coastal towns enjoy decent urban beaches within walking distance, if you are travelling by public transport and you are only craving a swim in the sea and a coastal town atmosphere.
Arousa and Muros/Noia are the closest estuaries to Santiago, therefore a good option if you are planning a short rip. You will find really stunning beaches only an hour drive away from Santiago de Compostela and usually only a few kilometres outside towns and villages: Carnota, O Grove, Muros, Baroña, Vilar, Corrubedo...
