Here's a lovely, well maintained 2 bedroom apartment in Yavne'el. Great kitchen. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom. The Sukkah porch has a great view.
At NIS 500,000 this could be a great vacation apartment for anyone living in the center of the country looking for a base in the Galilee. Ten minutes from the separate beach on the Kinneret and 18 minutes to the restaurants in downtown Tiberias.

Israel A Beautiful Country, With History Unlike Any Other.
Please watch in HD.
A video montage of my trip to Israel, unfortunately about 90% of the video I took was ruined by a defect in the camera (either hardware or firmware I do not yet know) that caused severe jutter in almost all situations when recording in 24p 4k. more unfortunate was the fact that I was unaware of this until after I arrived home as I had no means to view the footage except in camera where it appeared fine.
Nonetheless here is some of what I could salvage from the lot.
Mount Hermon in the Summer on the Golan Heights
We took a trip in July up to Mount Hermon (pronounced Chermon). Most people visit the mountain in the winter during snow skiing season. The Ski season is very short in Israel and the place is packed in the winter.
It's a whole different experience in the summertime. The weather is stunning. It's easy to park and the cable car up the mountain is half price (NIS 49 per person). When you get to the top of the mountain the views are breathtaking. There will be guides up there if you'd like to hike a bit. You can't wander around on your own because it is technically a closed military area with outposts overlooking Syria.
It's a 90 minute drive from Villa Rimona Zimmers in Yavne'el in the Galilee. You can combine a visit to Hermon with a trip to the Hula Valley Bird Sanctuary, Banias, Tel Faher, De Karina Chocolate Factory, Talmudic Village in Katzrin and more...

Beit Gabriel - Cultural Center on the Kinneret
The Galilee is not only about hiking, kayaking, swimming, jeeping and horseback riding.
If you are looking for some culture, near Tzemach junction about 10 minutes from Villa Rimona at Yavne'el you'll find Beit Gavriel Cultural Center.
There is a large auditorium where live performances and concerts are held. The smaller theater operates as a cinema where recent release feature films are screened.
In addition you can browse through the three small galleries which display paintings, photography and sculpture.
Since the center is open on Shabbat, it doesn't have a major hechsher on the coffee shop, but they bring in baked goods and ice cream with good hechsherim.
Outside you can take a quiet stroll on the promenade along the lake with beautiful views of Tiberias and the Golan.

Peace Vista - Lookout on Golan Heights - Mizpeh Shalom
The most amazing view of the Sea of Galilee can be enjoyed by your family only a few minutes from Hamat Gader on the Golan Heights.
On a clear day over Pesach we were able to see the entire Lake Kinneret, the Jordan Valley, Zemach, Kibbutz Kinneret, Yavne'el, Mount Tavor, Tiberias, Arbel, Meron, Tsfat, Migdal, and even the snow on top of Mount Hermon!
In the spring you'll see wildflowers everywhere. There is a short hike of about 20 minutes through wild fruit trees down to an old man-made pool fed by a natural spring.
The Syrian soldiers made many of these pools for officers stationed on the Golan Heights before 1973 so they could cool off in the hot summers.
The site is run by Kibbutz Haruv and is free. There is a restaurant, gift shop and snack bar on the premises.
It's only 30 minutes from Villa Rimona Zimmers in Yavniel. VillaRimona.com
Combine this stop with a trip to Hamat Gader, Gamla, Ayit Falls or Qatsrin.

Chol Hamoed: Passover Vacation in Village Israel
For an afikoman prize we gave our granddaughters a donkey ride. Moshav Zanoah down the road from our apartment in Beit Shemesh had animals to pet, donkeys to ride and an inflatable castle to jump in. The whole neighborhood turned out for 10 shekels a kid.
Later we went to Park Canada near modiin for a picnic. In Israel many families take vacation during chol hamoed and it really felt like a national festival. All the picnic tables in the shade were taken, so we spread a blanket under some trees.
Next stop was the new central park in Modiin. This was the first time the new artificial lake was full and paddleboats were operating so the park was full of young secular israel families from Modiin and large Charedi families from nearby Kiryat Sefer and Modiin Ilit.
We had to pass on the paddleboats, but the girls had a great time watching the kites flying. After a quick mincha we headed back to Ramat Beit Shemesh where we had a BBQ with friends and family.
