Otis Holeless Hydro. Scenic Elevator (Newer Illum. Black Btn Fixtures), Hillsdale Mall, San Mateo CA
This is a fairly early example of a holeless hydraulic elevator (though I don't know when the first holeless hydraulic elevator was installed)
The AccessAlert, as far as I know, is a safety device (probably a retrofit) made by Otis for elevator technicians entering the hoistway of the elevator.
