My channel is focused on creating content with the purpose of showing you and exploring with you the world's most extraordinary and inspiring luxury homes, bringing you quality edited design projects video presentations. Featuring architectural design projects, interior design ideas & decor.
Sketched out by H3K Design, this luxurious private home that is located in Palm Springs, California, USA. epresents a perfect home for any true entertainer, as it comes with a plethora high-end of facilities and amenities that encourage socialization and relaxation. Fine examples include a small golf course and an outdoor swimming pool, not to mention the patio, the lounging chairs and the tennis court.
Inside, there is a living room with comfortable sofas and a fireplace as well as a contemporary kitchen with state-of-the-art appliances. The interior design is contemporary and is based on neutral tones of white, gray and black. Some of the furnishings flaunt vibrant colors for a touch of contrast and contribute to a playful and welcoming atmosphere.
Configured in an H-shape, the gleaming property, spreads out over 4,539 square feet and comprises four-and-half-baths, a living room and great room lined with walls of glass framing views of the original, glimmering Regency pool and desert vista, four spacious ensuite bedrooms, and media room. Shiny stone floors are found in the common areas, while plush carpeting is laid out in the rest of the house.
Outside, the roof overhang provides privacy and sun protection, while large open areas offer plenty of entertaining opportunities. A fire pit and spa round out the space. (Don’t forget the two fountains flanking the walkway up to the main entrance.)
Built in 1960, the home was saved from demolition and has undergone an extensive renovation.
The Home was built for Pepto-Bismol developer Mel Eaton and his wife Ethel, who were lively socialites and good friends of Hollywood glamour couple Lucille Ball and Desi Arnaz.
Featuring four bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms, the home has 421sqm of living space, including a living room, ‘Great Room’ with kitchen, formal dining and media room.
Outside, there’s a spectacular updated swimming pool, a new spa, outdoor firepit and barbecue area.
Manicured gardens, featuring (what else) plenty of palm trees frame the home against its stunning desert backdrop.
Located just 20 minutes from Palm Springs, the house boasts 360-degree views from its glass walls, while modernist touches like the roof overhangs and high ceilings add to the elegance.
The property’s renovation was undertaken by H3K Design.

Twin Palms, also known as the Frank Sinatra House, at 1148 East Alejo Rd is a mid-century modern house in Palm Springs, California. The house was designed by E. Stewart Williams, to a commission from the American singer and actor Frank Sinatra. The house was Williams's first residential commission. Sinatra lived in the house from its completion in 1947 to 1954, and sold the house in 1957.
Even if you don’t spot the plaque by the driveway that reads “Piazza de Liberace,” it’s clear that a showman owned the house on North Kaweah Road in Palm Springs. Musical notes adorn garden fencing. Statues of Roman youths and lions flank the entrance. The mailbox is shaped like a grand piano. A tall iron gateway opens to a black-and-white foyer, where two vintage candelabras illuminate a large photographic portrait of Liberace, posing with an elegant Afghan hound (he had 27 dogs when he died in 1987).
Liberace, whom Guinness World Records once recognized as the world’s highest-paid pianist, lived in the Old Las Palmas property from 1968 to 1972. Opening the tall black front doors, you half expect to be transported back to the era of cherubs, rhinestones, and Versailles dazzle; of white marble, leopard-print fabric, and bejeweled chandeliers by the dozen. Instead, you’re greeted by the unexpected: a tasteful modern home, presented in shades of black, white, and green and filled with discreet nods to its former owner.

Visiting Frank Sinatra's Former Palm Springs, CA Home
Frank Sinatra's former Palm Springs estate was designed by architect E. Stewart Williams and built in 1947. The mid-century modern Palm Springs home is now an historic site, but from 1957 through 1997, it was the home of our family friends, Hugh and Maureen Young.
