How to make Mango Mascarpone Creme Brûlée Recipe - 焦糖布丁
Hi everyone, today I brought to you this really creamy dessert with a crispy caramelized sugar topping that no one can resist. I decided to use mango and mascarpone cheese together because they go so well together and mascarpone cheese makes the custard even more creamier than the texture of regular creme brûlée gives. Hope you guys like it. If you want to change the flavor of the custard, need to find a fruit puree that goes well with a lot of dairy.
Recipe: 6 egg yolks 1/2 cup (100gr) sugar 1 cups heavy cream 3/4 cup milk 1/4 cup of mango puree 2 tbsp mascarpone cheese
