Cayo Zapatilla, la joya del Caribe panameño (Guía Panamá #11)
El Caribe de Panamá tiene entre sus múltiples joyas los Cayos Zapatilla. Son dos minúsculas islas donde uno puede sentirse como un náufrago o como un privilegiado, como cada uno prefiera. Eso sí, disfrutando de un lugar que sólo puede calificarse como paraíso.
El viaje en las lanchas hasta los cayos, los delfines que nos saludan, el paseo por la selva, nadar entre corales... No puedes morirte si visitar estas islitas. Por cierto, cómo será el lugar de aislado y bonito que la primera edición de la versión española del programa Supervivientes se grabó aquí.
La excursión la hicimos con Total Adventures ( y no pudieron ser más majos. Muchísimas gracias por todo, chicos.

To the east of Montevideo, if you follow the coast, is Piriápolis. This beach resort offers great views from its hilltop San Antonio Temple.
The next highlight on this road trip is the lighthouse of La Paloma on the Cabo de Santa María peninsula.
On your way to the lighthouse of Punta del Este, don’t miss eccentric Casapueblo, a wonderful hotel and art gallery designed by local artist Carlos Páez Vilaró in Punta Ballena.
Uruguay may be small, but its big heart and relaxing vibe create a lifetime of memories.

Manuel Antonio, sin parque #Vuelta4.1.2
Fuimos para el Parque Manuel Antonio.
Llegar a alla no fue nada complicado, tomamos un bus directo de la terminal Tracopa.
El viaje nos duro como cuatro horas con distintas paradas, pero nada grave, solo que nos olvidamos la mitad del equipo...
En Manuel Antonio, sin entrar al parque, logramos ver Monitos, sapos e iguanas que caminaban libremente, increible
La playa mas bonita esta como mas alejada de Manuel Antonio que le dicen Playita y se llega caminando por la costa o puden hacerlo como nosotros lo hicimos por el camino largo con muchas curvas.
Und wir sind (fast) beim Manuel Antonio Nationalpark angekommen.
Wir haben direkten einen Bus von dem Terminal Tracopa genommen.
Der Bus hat ungefähr vier Stunden gebraucht und ein paar Zwischenstops gemacht. Das doofe war nur, das wir unsere richtige Kamera vergessen haben. :/
In Manuel Antonio konnten wir, ohne in den Park zu kommen, Affen, Frösche und Leguane sehen, die frei im Dorf herumgelaufen sind.
Der schönste Strand von Manuel Antonio ist etwas abseits, er wir Playita genannt. Man erreicht ihn entlang der Küste zu Fuß oder wie wir, auf dem langen Weg and der Straße mit vielen Kurven entlang.
